Over a year later, they are trying to bill us and our insurance 6600 dollars. The only thing that changed was that we added a secondary insurance provider. The work remained the same. Alicia, the office manager, claims that she notified me of the " new figures " on the phone, and I agreed. A complete lie. A 4k increase from the estimate due to insurance being added? We asked for a bill, and they insisted that they were working on it....for months. Now, they are threatening to take us to collections over a 500 dollar balance . I really liked Dr Hassan, the dentist. Office staff is a complete rude and dishonest dumpster fire. Stay away from here they are dishonest and will look to inflate costs to fill pockets and screw their patients.
