The owner did not have a clue and never followed up. When we complained, the owner expected us to deal with and manage his worker. Awful. The tile job was awful. The owner had the tile guy "fix" the job, but it came out mediocre. The tile installer was unprofessional and hardly showed up and we simply had to get the job done so we accepted the final crappy job. The owner did not look at or review the job once. We learned that the installer never installed an underpayment under the flooring per the work order. He installed directly over linoleum. We have no idea how long the flooring will hold up snd the owner provided 0 guarantees. It was too late once we learned what happened. He's awful. Please stay away from this business. For the carpet install, we have no complaints with the installer. The owner installed a crappy underlayment pad. It was worse than our original pad. We are very disappointed. He gave us 0 choices. I only gave a 2 star rating because the carpet installer is very good and he happens to work for a crappy owner. I would stay away from this business.

I explained that I had my first summer rental tenants coming on Saturday and I need two of the shower stalls (installed three years ago) repaired because of settling on our new home. My call to Dave was on Thursday and although they were swamped with business he asked one of his technicians Chris to be dispatched to do the repair the next day on Friday. Although Chris had to do some serious surgery on the stationary panel Chris did an amazing job in getting everything aligned properly on both shower stalls, and even returned to finish the second one with no additional charge.
