Agren is a well oiled machine. The scheduling process and execution work as expected, and the…read moreservice people show up on time and are well trained and pleasant to work with. The fix went well. The price for service is always shocking these days, but Agren is not out of the normal range for this operation.

I have ordered at least 10 high end appliances from Agren over the years and have been a faithful…read morecustomer until now. The refrigerator that I purchased from them 10 years ago broke down and I called them to schedule a service call. They said it would be 6 weeks!!!! What do you do for 6 weeks without a refrigerator. I purchased these appliances from Agren because they claim they will service them. Again, I say they couldn't send someone out for 6 weeks! I called another local company and they fit me in the very next day. I will never again purchase an appliance from Agren. NEVER! Also, I had an issue with the ice maker on said refrigerator about a year after I purchased it and a burner on a gas stove I also purchased from them (over 5K for these two appliances). These appliances sit side by side and when I called to make a service call for both them they said that I would have to book and pay for two separate service calls. COME ON! Is this how you treat a loyal customer? In the last year I purchased a front loading washer and dryer. The dryer just doesn't dry clothes. I called them immediately to come take a look and the service technician simply told me to read the manual and that the dryer was fine. Didn't show me how it worked just told me to read. I read the manual before calling and long story short he was no help and the dryer still struggles to dry a load of laundry (already checked other factors like the vent etc). Overall POOR service once you have made the purchase and have the appliance. Great before that point. I will NEVER buy another appliance from them again!!!!!!!!!! I have already needed more and have purchased from other stores.

We purchased two recliners and the Kuka Furniture Apollo Leather Dual Power Loveseat Recliner,…read morewhich was delivered on January 31, 2026. The item is explicitly marketed and sold by Jordan's as "Leather," and their product page states the manufacturer provides a 2-year warranty covering factory defects. Less than five months into owning it, the surface began peeling extensively. Our household consists of adults only--no children and no pets. Because we work out of the home all day, the loveseat receives only light usage for a few hours in the evening. This is a textbook manufacturing defect: premature delamination, where the top layer lifts and peels away from a fabric backing. Genuine leather does not peel like this. When we first reached out, customer service promised to review the claim and get back to us. They never did. When we called them back, they claimed they had tried to reach us--even though we have zero record of any incoming calls from them. When we finally managed to speak with someone, they claimed the issue was "liquid damage"--an entirely baseless claim, as this furniture has never been exposed to any liquid or chemical whatsoever. Paying for furniture only to have it fail in a few short months is bad enough, but dealing with poor customer service, false claims about missed calls, and absurd excuses to dodge a written 2-year warranty is completely unacceptable.
