Over the weekend I was able to see that the fender wasn't buffed properly and the bumper color was off. I stopped by and expressed my concerns. We scheduled a time for me to come back and while the fender was finished, they said the bumper mismatch is a normal thing and they can only remedy it by charging another $6-700 to blend in the opposing fender. So basically, too bad so sad. I wasn't told this prior to the repair and it wasn't offered. I gave them 2 chances to resolve this and this is now my only recourse. They weren't the cheapest quote and had high hopes from the reviews here. Not happy that I had to bring it back to finish buffing the fender and I have to live with a poor paint match.
