They are for the most part friendly and helpful, but they do cater to the big chain restaurants and thus I sometimes feel that I'm just a Little Guy in the whole process (totally my own thoughts) I'm am happy to say that this is not the case with all of the places I have visited including this one. I was looking for one specific item and they treated me like I was purchasing half the store! They were very helpful in my quest to find the perfect container in which for me to store my flour.
