They came out the next day and the technician took five screws out three in the front two on the sides, and when he took it out the wire, it was wiggling the wires and the clock would come on and off, so he knew it was a loose wire so he secured it with a couple of zip ties and I was charged $138 for diagnosis which he did not perform and then charge me an additional $80 to for yesterday's labor and I don't feel that I should have to pay the $80 because the first technician did not secure the wise properly I spoke to management I spoke to the owner. Our experience (briefly): Our salesman Carl directed us to the best deal available on a high quality GE Profile Dishwasher. He arranged for reasonable and reliable installation through a local plumber and took care of every detail. An issue arose on the day of delivery: The dishwasher model we ordered was discovered to be dented at the warehouse. We had both taken off from our volunteer duties at NHRMC in expectation of an 8AM installation. We were upset. What to do? Mark, the manager of Atlantic Appliance, did not hesitate to upgrade the model we paid for to the next level (a professional model) and still arranged for installation on the same day! I brought in my old and new computers and after about two weeks received them back. The old computer would not boot so it turns out then when best buy worked on the drives they failed to put back the Sata cables so the disk drives weren't seen. Prior to that The USB ports were inoperable, so I had to remove the button battery and reinstall it. This cleared up the USB ports so I could use the mouse and keyboard again, but the Sata drives were still inoperable. I then tried to attach Dropbox to the new computer and it failed. After spending hours trying to get dropbox fixed, the Geek Squad gave up and told me to contact Dropbox support. So I called Best Buy and told them I wanted a refund on the $199 I paid for the protection plan. They told me my refund would be $23 because they actually worked hard to mess up my computers. Be wary of using the Geek Squad because their policies are not user friendly.
