Wow, this is the first time I've been in since the business changed. No more nice, simple, clean fragrances - like my absolute favorite for the kitchen, Citrus Bliss, which was just fresh scented lemon-lime. The one I was directed to as being "clean fragranced" smelled like nothing I'd use in my kitchen. It was like cologne. The bar soap, my summer favorite Clean Cotton, smells what I can only describe as "rancid". I didn't see Blue Spruce and was told they still had it but the name was changed. Honestly, I don't know if I'll continue buying from, what was, one of my can't miss stores. No Lavender Fields, unless it has been renamed. I guess I just don't see the point. You'd be better off just buying soap offline. They don't make this locally, they don't make their soap at all. They buy everything and slap their label on it. Not only that but it's over fragranced and gave me an allergic reaction. read more

A friend sent me some Mooseberry Soap a few years ago and I loved it! She continues to send it to me, and when I visited her recently, I got to go to the store and buy some myself. The store is adorable, the staff is so nice and helpful and I even got to custom blend some liquid soaps with GLITTER (mica) in them! We had a fun time and I will 100% go back when I'm back in town. I don't know if it's the idea of taking a relaxing bath with all of their sweet smelling soaps and bath bombs and bubble baths but I feel so happy here. I loved smelling all of the different soaps and picking out scents that I thought my loved ones would like. I ended up buying the organic coffee bar soap for my coffee fanatic daughter and the cog railroad fresh mountain air scent for my husband. I checked in and picked out a cool handmade chapstick thanks to their love for Yelpers:) extra points for that. You can also host a fabulous party and each guest gets their own soap themed party favor. I loved walking into this great smelling, fresh, clean and bright store. It just boosts my mood, so I guess that speaks to the beautiful design and their products. I happened upon this store on their grand opening while shopping for gifts for friends back home. That paid off for me in the form of a free lip balm with purchase, and yummy grand opening cookies. Yay for me! I snuck one for my husband who was waiting in the car (patiently??) with our pups while I did some retail therapy. Hey, it helped. :)) The ladies working were friendly and smiling, happy to help, riding on the hoppin' grand opening buzz, I'm sure. Enjoyed chatting with the owner very much-- and she turned me on to the yummy bakery around the block, too. :-) I ended up with a couple bath bombs, and was happy they had a ton of scents to choose from. I thought the rosemary spearmint was a unique and refreshing choice. I also picked up a bar of chocolate whose label looks more like soap actually, but the back was fun and snarky in the way of nutrition (see pic), so I thought that was cute for a friend also. Additionally, it reads, "Colorado's best chocolate." We'll see what she says. Oh, and another friend is a huge Olaf (from Frozen) fan (like me), so I could not resist the yogurt covered malt balls labeled, "Snowman Droppings." Haha, very cute! This store is very similar to Lush but on a smaller, more independent scale. I tend to buy things I don't really need in places like that, but I managed to resist here, though I think their prices were a tad better. Was in town for work and stayed in the Belmar area of Lakewood. This gem happened to be right next to our hotel and my coworker and I spent HOURS two nights in a row concocting our own lotion scents with Kayla. I'd have to say it honestly was the highlight of our two week long trip lol! Kayla was so patient with us while we had her literally pull down each scent for us to smell, and she kept mixing each batch of lotion until they were just right for us. I wish they were in Sacramento, and I hope travel to Denver again just to come back here! I will most definitely buy online as well, but mixing scents in person is just so much fun! I visited RMSC a couple days ago with my mom and fell in love with it! Prices are reasonable and the selection of products are wonderful. I bought a Dead Sea mud mask, 5 bath bombs, the lilac scented bath salts, and 3 different soaps- lemongrass, almond & biscotti and lavender. They have the option of creating your own scented skin scrub with I loved too. Their bath salts and relatively mild in scent, which I'm sure a lot of people appreciate-- however if they ever decide to make the lavender more potent, I would swoop it up immediately. Lavender is my favorite scent and I was a little surprised by how mellow the scent was. All and all, I loved it! Convenient location right downtown, across from acacia park. read more

What an amazing little shop in downtown Colorado Springs. Easily accessible, two shops south of Jose Muldoon's on Tejon, and across from Acacia Park. The products range from bath bombs and specialty soaps, to Dead Sea Salts and essential oils. It's clean, the bath bombs are triple the normal size of regular store bought fizzles.. the scents are so yummy.. my favorite bath bomb is the honeysuckle. It smells divine and keeps your skin scented and soft for many hours after. Need a new soap scent? They have it all! You can even make your own deep sea scrub scents with their essential oils to your liking. The customer service is excellent, and it feels great to support a local small business. I highly recommend their store, and go often. Need to park? Here's a hint, park on the north side of the block on Palmer Park, a little past Tejon on the left. There's always parking spots, and a quarter's worth is plenty of time to familiarize yourself with their merchandise. Have fun! read more

We had a Wounded Warrior Family Support Members event with Rocky Mountain Soap Market and they made this night very fun for us. Making our own scents at the body bar was super fun and unique. This place is great! Love the bath bombs etc. very helpful staff, but when I checked out she turned the screen so I would have an opportunity to tip. That was weird. This is a retail store... Not a restaurant. It was almost like she was trying to be so overly helpful that I felt obligated to tip. An easy way to bypass that is to make sure you bring cash... I absolutely love this place and I wish I would have found it sooner. Their products are on the higher end, but it's quality is worth it. They let you customize their body lotions, body butters, and their whipped soap. I'm picky with scents so it's perfect being able to make your own. Soaps are amazing and they're not harsh on your skin! Only thing I'd change is the bottle for the goat milk. I don't like the brown so a nice clear or different color would be nice. Doesn't change my opinion on the product but I almost didn't buy it because I didn't like the bottle it came in. read more

I came in for a few bath bombs. The selection was good. They didn't have many plain scents but lots of fun mixed scents. The bombs last a good amount of time in the water and leave the water a pretty color without staining you. My favorite purchase was the foaming bath salt in lavender. read more
