I called him later that same day and asked if we could set up an appointment for Friday. He said to call him around 8:30 Friday morning and he would "probably tell me to come in." I called around 8:40 Friday morning and he seemed to have zero recollection of any of our prior conversation. He said that he had a hectic week and was running very behind that morning. He said he just took a commercial call and would need to be somewhere at 10. I told him where I was from and he said it would take about 30 minutes to get to him and he would put me down for 9:15. He said the job would take about 10 minutes for me and he would need travel time to get to his next job. I left my house immediately after hanging up with him. I arrived at his "business" at 9:17 and he was nowhere to be found. The door was locked. I called his number and got a message saying that he could not answer his phone now and there was no voice mail. I sat in my car for a little over 5 minutes and waited to see if he would show up. He never did. I assumed he bailed on me to go to his supposed commercial job. I texted him later expressing that his actions were very unprofessional. He came back at me saying it he is busy and he is taking care of his family. Family means more than money to him. He said that I did not call him and that it was on me. WHAT?!? After 8 attempts going unanswered, the owner finally picked up the phone and arranged for someone to come out and finish the job. Nobody showed up! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! They never finished the job!
