I found out that I was able to claim my daughter that going to full time in collage all this years and everyone else was telling me I couldn't so I lost on that and I always had to pay the back instead of getting back. I'm so glad my husband and I found Rosanna on Yelp. For the past few years we've searched for a tax preparer that we could continue to go too but we've had no luck until now. We read all of the positive reviews on yelp and decided to give her a try and I'm so glad we did. We usually wait until the last minute to do our taxes because the end result is never good. Rosanna changed that outcome for us. She not only gave us the best possible outcome, but she also explained what we could do throughout the year to minimize what we would owe at the end of this year. She even offered to review our taxes from the previous year. She is very knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable. We finally found our person that we will continue to go too. This business is in a home but very professional. I would say it was by far the best tax preparation experience we've ever had. She explained everything to us and was very helpful in getting us all the tax deductions possible. She was super friendly and we were so happy that we found her. So like most people, I've had the same tax person for almost 15 years, and when he retired last year, I was devastated thinking it would be impossible to find another trustworthy person to help me, with my more then complicated tax return. I made an appointment online to see Rosanna, which was a very easy way to schedule a time that was convenient for me. When I arrived at her office I was met with a pleasant smile, and an uplifting attitude. I've never met anyone who seemed to be more excited to be doing my taxes. She answered all of my questions, and even helped me make decisions on the best things to do to maximize my return. All while being very pleasant. The experience was actually amazing. I was very happy with the return she prepared for me, and the amount I'm getting back. She was full of knowledge and explained in detail what she was doing, and how each thing would effect my return.
