Andrew showed me how to forward the emails correctly so that they printed the contents of the email not the attachments. They were very conscientious to make sure I followed their instructions correctly and sent to the correct address to obtain the printer code. I am filing a formal complaint regarding a serious delivery failure by FedEx. I ordered a Christmas gift for my young son well in advance. For over a week, I received repeated delivery confirmations. I was told multiple delivery attempts were made, which was inaccurate, as people were present at the residence at all times. I was also informed the package would be held at an official FedEx location for pickup, which never occurred. On December 24th, I personally received confirmation calls and messages guaranteeing delivery that day. Without any notice or explanation, the shipment was instead redirected to a sorting facility in another location. As a direct result, my child did not receive his Christmas gift. This is not a minor delay but a failure of communication, accountability, and service standards. I contacted customer support numerous times and received conflicting information and unfulfilled promises. I even requested to retrieve the package myself, which was denied. I had run into Staples 10 minutes before my first day of work needing a print out very important forms. it was very stressful and I wasn't able to work the machine . (IM GEN Z I DONT KNOW HOW TO WORK A PRINTER ! ) the attendant lady was able to come out and help me several times even though it was very frustrating and she was very patient . I didn't even have enough money to print out the last few forms I needed and she offered her own money and helped me because she knew how stressed I was for my first day. if I could give 10 stars I would. Great team here - they make the trip to get expensive copies semi-enjoyable :) I won't say anything's cheap here, because well... it's not. Colored copies are very expensive. I printed out four copies of a presentation, with no more than 20 sheets, and my total came out to over $50.00. But the staples are free - thanks Fed-Ex! I love this location though because of the aforementioned team and the lines are typically pretty short so you get helped pretty quickly. read more

The best FedEx center I have been too! Traveling all over Southern CA for work, I frequently am needed to stop in and print, fax, or ship something. FedEx Office has made it convenient with varies locations, but the customer service here is excellent! Very helpful, very friendly and my now new preferred location. The employees are so slow. They have no idea how to do anything in their computer system which takes forever because the girl on register has to ask for help every 5 seconds. They only have two employees working even though it's right before Christmas and both of the employees work at a leisurely pace while socalizing. It took me 30 minutes to send out a package that had pre-purchased postage and there was only 2 people in front of me. Other customers walked out. They are incredibly slow; both times I've been in there it has taken 15-20 minutes to complete jobs that took all of 45 seconds to complete once they figured it out/started it. Incredibly frustrating. But the 'team members' were incredibly nice, polite, and pleasant so that made the experience slightly better. The price for scans absolutely baffles me though, it cost .96 cents PER PAGE to scan a document to a flashdrive while it costs .14 cents per page to print out a copy. How is it that it costs more money, almost 7 times as much, to print copies wasting paper and ink than it does to scan a document?!? I find this completely ridiculous. read more

I went here to print, and they had, according to the guy working, DELIBERATELY slow wifi to force you to use their terminals at $.35 p/minute. I couldn't even get my email on their crappy wifi. I went down the road to Copy Center of Hemet. Way better. Super friendly. read more

Don't bother using this location. Service was super poor. The assistant manager didn't have time to make tabs and bind my presentation and the only other employee couldn't help because so was distracted by her son who hanging on her because he was bored while waiting for her to get off work. Fedex needs to do a better job training their employees how to inform and interact with customers. One day I went to print something and the Fedex csr let me sit at the computer and try to use it even though she knew the system was down. Be aware of the sign that says they will put a hold of $10 on your bank account until they get paid. They say they are getting cheated but if your card doesn't have enough money on it, you cannot use it. So, what's up Fedex? Not going there again. read more

I had to go in last minute to print out some sale signs for work and Zar was the employee that helped me and even though the sizing was a little off on my files he used his skills to make them exactly how I needed them.
