My experience with this company has been extremely negative and unprofessional…read more The contract signed specified a particular roofing system, but non-conforming materials were used instead of the materials required by our agreement. After being comfronted of using nonconforming materials they continued to assured that it was the materials specified in contract until we filled a claim with the bond company. Then they admitted to using non conforming materials. After the roofing work was performed, my home developed a leak that had not existed before the project, resulting in damage to the interior of my home. What should have been a straightforward roofing project turned into an ongoing dispute. Despite the leak and resulting interior damage, the company has refused to accept responsibility for the interior damages or pay for the repairs caused by the leaking roof. Since raising these concerns, it has been a nightmare trying to get the company to correct the work. Rather than providing the documentation I requested to verify that qualified personnel would perform a contract-compliant repair, I have received repeated generic responses that fail to address my concerns or provide the information needed to move forward. As a homeowner, I expected the work to be completed according to the contract and for any problems to be addressed promptly and professionally. Instead, I have been forced to spend months pursuing a resolution. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. If you hire them, verify that the materials being installed match your contract, document every stage of the project, and get everything in writing.

Later my wife wasn't sure about the color of Carpet so Antonio went 30 mins out of his way on a Saturday to meet us and give us a sample to take home and make sure it would work since she wasn't available for his initial visit. The office staff got us scheduled quickly for install. The install team answered all my questions. They were on time and they moved all our furniture back to the exact spot! A kitchen and living room renovation has been in discussion for some time and it was just a matter of finding the right company for the job. We've had some eh experiences with prior contractors with projects at the house so it left an impression that kept us hesitant to look. This was not the case with Conber. During the estimate they gave their suggestion as to what would work as far as what my wife was envisioning. They were very organized from the start. Taking measurements, writing notes, really going in depth as far as the project was concerned. Fabiola and Cesar answers all our questions and suggested what would work and what wouldn't and approximately how long it would take. We've told them our previous experience where the time took so much longer for whet was actually done. They said our renovation would be done it approx 6 weeks. Our previous renovation that was completed took 6 months and it was much smaller than the task we presented to Conber ! So you better believe we wanted to hire Fabiola and Cesar's company . They got back to us with the quote very quick and then we went from there. Fast forward to start of demolition.. The staff that Conber had working were so good! The timeliness, organization, and cleanliness of the job were on point! They said they'll be there at a certain time, they were there way before said time. They kept the demo mess where it belonged and it didn't find its way into places it didn't need to be. The next step after the demolition was no different. They continued to be organized and efficient and always showed up in a timely fashion. We appreciated the fact that we knew what time to expect them and what time their end of day was. And it was always consistent unless we were notified. Which is a huge plus to me. Another game changer was the fact that either Fabiola or Cesar would show up in the morning and at end of the working day to check on progress. That showed me that the project was just as important to them as it was to us. They also were just a phone call or text away so reaching them was never an issue. Don't want the review to be much longer than it is already but the end product was nothing short of amazing. They gave a new life to the house. Everyone is so happy with the finished product. The only bad part of it all is that we won't be seeing Fabiola, Cesar, and the crew daily, it was something my daughter got used to.
