My wife and I wanted to do a full remodel of our entire house. We had worked with an architect and structural engineer to get our plans approved and permitted by the city. Once we received RTI, I met with over ten different contractors. I ultimately decided to go with Yeshua's Remodeling. They were extremely competitive on price, but more importantly they were knowledgeable and thorough from the very beginning. Yiye and his crew knew exactly what our project was going to involve from the first meeting and discussion, simply by reading the approved plans. Over the next few months, they did everything that our plans called for and more. - Demo (all the way down to existing framing), removed two load bearing walls, added framing for two new walls, added a structural beam that ran across the entire master bedroom - Reinforced the foundation of entire house and all additional structural work - Rough plumbing and electrical (full re-pipe of the house with copper pipe and full re-wire of all electrical) - New exterior siding and paint, new windows - New roof (framing, joists, rafters, shingles) - Leveled the floors (we had three different floor heights that they made the same height throughout) - Drywall and interior paint - Brand new kitchen and bathrooms, laundry room - New floors Yiye and his crew handled everything during the entire rebuild. I cannot say enough good things about this company. My husband and I have had multiple projects throughout and had experience with many contractors. I can tell you that Ramon and all the crew are very professional and perform great work. If you are expecting to spend dirt cheap for good quality, this is not the company. Their prices are very reasonable for the high-quality work that they do. Their responsiveness and reliability are exceptional. Ramon listened to what our ideas were and made recommendations based on what we envisioned. We were impressed with them from the very first day. Their preparation of the work area was extremely professional and clean. We were able to continue using our home despite the large amount of space required to do the work. Ramon coordinated with us so the process was as least stressful as possible. They built a plastic wall with zippers that maintained accessibility to areas we still needed during construction but still maintained cleanliness throughout the project and minimized dust as much as possible. Our project was a kitchen upgrade wherein we knocked out a wall-opening up our floor plan, replaced all flooring throughout the bottom floor of the house and replaced all kitchen cabinets. An island in the kitchen was added also and Ramon blessed us with a little home for our FOUR dogs under the stairs and built in a permanent doggie door in our kitchen wall to allow for easier access in and out of the house! I need to update my bathroom and hired Yeshua's Remodeling because of their knowledge and reasonable pricing. They replaced my old tub & wall tiles with a new bathtub/shower inserts combo, which could be quite challenging because my walls & floor aren't exactly levelled & straight. They also installed new floor tiles and the sink vanity. Their owner Ramon was extremely helpful and prompt to take care of all my concerns. His crew worked so hard every day and did a beautiful job. Yeshua's Remodelling was quick, responsive, did quality work and was determined to please. I originally contacted them with one project in mind--enlarge the back door & laundry space. However, after December's dumping rains, my back door swelled shut and the project scope shifted. Instead, I needed to track down the stucco leaks, seal the roof eyebrow over the door and make sure there were no leaks before installing a new door. While getting bids, it became clear that most contractors do not really want to mess with stucco leaks. Several refused the job. I realized I could expand the door in the other direction and not enlarge the laundry room at all and also needed to expand another doorway to remove old appliances. Point being, the project scope completely shifted & Ramon pivoted with me. Determined to solve the sealed door problem and make access to my home safe again, he was flexible, accommodating & determined to please. For the same price, the team worked quickly & diligently, tackling exactly what I needed. By end of first day, a new door was up and working beautifully! Rather than repair, the team rebuilt and reroofed the eyebrow for the same price saying it was the best way to ensure there were no leaks behind it. They removed an old knee brace from the deck above and sealed around deck joists. Their work was targeted and thorough. The crew was good-natured, respectful and worked hard to contain the mess. We wanted wanted to renovate our home to create privacy for each of the 3 bedrooms (before you have to walk through each room to get to somewhere in the house), new kitchen, new bathroom, and a powder room (cause the extra toilet is everything for a family of four + a dog). They were here everyday working hard, very professional, attention to details, fixed and worked on things they didn't have to cause it wasn't even part of the scope. They went above and beyond. We are so happy with their work and now enjoying our home. They made it possible for us to live in the house throughout the renovation. We just bought our first house. The inspector said there is no way to know if the skylight would leak until it rained. Two months later it was one of the few times that it really storms in L.A. The next day we noticed some damage to our kitchen ceiling (see picture). Yeshua's Remodeling scheduled an appointment quickly even though it was the holidays. Communication was clear. We got a few quotes and theirs was competitive. From the beginning, they took the time to get on the roof, find the problem and give us a real quote (Another company came didn't even get on the roof and quoted for double the area that needed to be done!). I sent the quote to my brother in law who is a contractor and he said it was appropriate for the scope of work. They repaired the roof and the kitchen ceiling. Professional all the way. They taped off the kitchen and cleaned up everything perfectly. Two days later, it rained and.... no leak. Even if there was, they gave a one-year warranty on their work.
