Rafael must have been in a bad mood or something but he freaked out when. When we were directing him to one person he said there's too many people involved and he got confused and refused to come out. Sent us the deposit back to the wrong phone number on Zelle which is going to cause us quite a bit of trouble there's no sale set up on that account and he was honestly kind of rude about it. He's probably too busy because there's a lot of jobs that have to be done and he didn't want to do it. But I'm sure others might have been better but it's it's sad that he had to be he'd take out his frustration on us. read more

Brought my boat in for a routine checkup. Was told the exhausts on my Yamahas needed rebuilding. They neglected it, returned after having it on their property for over a FULL YEAR in worse shape than it was when brought in. Constantly given excuses , ignored calls and the run around when months after months would pass without my boat in my possession. It became filthy and damaged while held on their property. Over 25K spent there to only get a boat over a year later returned with one engine not even functioning or running at all and the other underpowered. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! read more

Absolute the worst!!! RNF Marine Services Inc. Brought my boat in for highend out of time, waited over a month to hear anything.. Called me said he figured it out, and he hasn't water tested it yet, but I could come and get it.. I said absolutely not, please water test and confirm the problem is addressed and fixed.. 2 weeks later I get a call saying all 3 batts are bad and theyer old.. ( I knew they were old l, but never had a problem with them at all). Sounds like someone left my battery switch on.. Then he tells me they put a charger on it and it did nothing, I said well buddy, I have an on board charging system, and you would have known that if you would have allowed me to walk you around my boat when I dropped it off like i asked him. ( which he told me nah man I know boats) Hopefully he didn't fry my charging system, lord knows how long he left his charger on backfeeding my system... Whatever put a new battery in.. 2 or 3 weeks later I get a call, hey man your boat gas tank is completely full of water.. So i repeatedly said " i drove the boat from my dock to the boat ramp, from the boat ramp to your shop. That means I drove through 3 large lakes and 4 canals" ( plenty of time for water to get into my motor and me get stranded) I tell him sounds like someone left my fuel tank open ( probably when they couldn't get it started and from them checking if there was gas).. Another month goes by i finally had it and called him like WTF is going on man, and he replies " man I've taken a gallon or 2 out but I don't have nowhere to put the rest if it". YOU'RE A BOAT SHOP, WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU DONT HAVE A PLACE TO DUMP MY TANK, GO BUY SOMETHING AND DO YOUR JOB... Nope he doesn't do anything ( still charges me labor) and I tell him, ill take care of it.. Finally last friday I've had enough with the incompetence with this shop, I stop by and he's coming up with every excuse in the book how it's not on him, they didn't do anything to cause any of this to happen.. But he's willing to fix it .. I say no, when can I get my boat ( I was in a company truck so I couldn't get it then) he says Monday or Tuesday so he can clean it up and have it ready.. I call this joke up today and asked, boat ready? He says yeah man, but now it won't shut off, something with the ignition, you want me to fix it? WTF I say absolutely not, don't touch my boat anymore please, I'll fix what you can't, I guess.. I show up there and question this guy on everything and of course it's all excuses why it's not his problem.. And charges me $785 for a boat that now has more problems than it did when I dropped it off.. Im shaking at this point, and I just throw the cash on the counter ask for my change and where my boat is.. He tell me it's in the back and how to get there and grab it.. No offer to pull it around or anything... I get to my boat and 1st I notice someone smashed my trailer light harness and busting one of my wires plus cut it fully, it's just hanging there.. Now im fumming, I look over my shoulder and this dude is rushing to get in his truck and leave.. Then I lift my seat and boom entire cooler area under seat is full of water, my tool box on its side completely full of water, my registration ruined ( it's was in the tool box in a ziplock) ALL MY TOOLS ARE NOW RUSTED AND RUINED!!! I go check to make sure they strapped my boat back down and noticed no straps and no transom saver nowhere to be found.. Now im flipping out.. I start walking around the yard looking for it, and there it is halfway buried in the dirt about 50ft away from my boat.. Straps where in the floor board i was so pissed off i didn't see them at 1st.. $800 Lesson learned, so everyone, please don't use this guy, I heard so much great things about him and his shop, and I was let down yet again.. So another $800 in the trash, oh wait, he fixed the timing I guess, ill have to wait another few weeks to even see if that's true, cause now I have to do his job and complete fixing my boat.. pump the entire fuel system out, fix my ignition, and replace 2 more batteries... NEVER AGAIN, NEVER... BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE.. Now Oct 28th im trying to pump out the water, and what do i find?? THEY NEVER REPLACED MY WATER FUEL SEPARATOR.. He'll be hearing from my lawyer now, enough is enough with these mechanics, ill go broke closeing his store, or making him be a man of his word... read more

Ryan and his shop are spot on. I get parts here for the tower of power. Always accurate, shop and facility are clean and orderly, and they are always busy. I really like shops like this.
