My son is in the market for a bow, so he has been saving his money and birthday funds to purchase something on his own. We went in to see what they had and the bow that would be perfect for him wasn't on the rack, but it could be ordered. They had another option, but he decided it would be better to wait "just 7-9 days" for something better. After 20+ days I stopped in and got blank stares... "we really don't know, we will call you on Monday." -No call Monday. -Called Tuesday... "uh well, we don't do archery any more. I'll call you back when I know more." (Kind of hard to do when you don't even ask me for my name or number.) -Wednesday... you guessed it...no call. I called them again. "Well, we don't do archery and we don't have any more contracts so we can't order anything." Then they wanted to give me the cash deposit refund by debit card! Sorry, I want cold hard cash and end it right here and now. They couldn't answer why it wasn't ordered, or why nobody had any idea that it wasn't ordered, or why anything happened the way it did.

There is an adorable mascot guarding the building - Rags, such a sweetie pie. Our instructor, Steve was very friendly and informative, he has been sailing his whole life and this is second nature to him, we spent a couple of hours out on the lake and I have to say that I loved it!! There was another couple on the boat that were super sweet and we definitely had a great time learning and hearing all of the stories Steve had to tell about the area way back when. I fell in love with sailing and we are hoping to get the lessons for two in the near future. I can't wait.

Turns out that my bank (IFG Boat Loans) actually masked their loan fees as 'dealer prep fees'. Pretty messed up. Entirety of the review below left for reference. I've updated my score as well. While I still feel that communication could most definitely have been better, R&N was straight up on everything. I recently purchased a Regal from across the country. As stressful as it is to make a big purchase sight unseen, Jason didn't exactly make things easier. Communication was 'ok' in the beginning. I agreed to the asking price on the boat, and arranged finance and inspection, etc. I asked for a few simple things - primarily, I asked three times for an inventory of the vessel (dock lines, fire extinguisher, anchor, etc), so I knew what items I needed to acquire before taking delivery on the water. I asked for a couple of systems to be checked, etc. I never got an answer around these. Fortunately, I hired a marine surveyor to check the vessel out and I was confident enough in its condition to move forward. When paperwork finally got completed, I happened to be in Australia trying to finalize everything. While I saw the initial order form that included your typical $499 'document fee' bs, I missed the final ACTUAL line items where that fee changed to $570, plus an additional $375 in 'document fee'. They reamed me for almost a grand for this nonsense. Registration in CA is the sales tax (use tax) paid, so this was just a straight up padding of the final bill. It's on me that I missed it, but it is a pretty crappy thing to do to people.

He explained to me exactly what had happened to our generator and gave me multiple ways to relieve the problem. The marina told us they had to cut a hole in the side of our 70 ft Hatteras to remove generator but he was able to break it down into pieces and carry it in and out of a 3 story boat. He saved us a lot of money and would highly recommend.
