The first thing he did was to check and measure the wall to ceiling ratio to see if it was straight. From there we discussed the project, he gave me a price and we hired him on the spot! Charles returned an hour and half later with all the tools required to do the job - although I did provide stepladders. He is meticulous in his work, checks measurements, and ensures all levels are even and voila! My gorgeous ceiling to floor curtains are hung! I have several of his business cards and will hand them out to my neighbors should they have the need of a handyman!
