The staff was very helpful, polite and professional. We came here to visit family, we had a tire issue they took care of it, solved our problem while we sat down in the waiting area where it was nice and cool. If I could give them a below 1 star I would. These people are liars and cons. I had my account switched from Shreveport to Alexandria because I work in Alexandria. They (Shreveport) put my tires on without tightening the lugs and I was wobbling down the street. They ordered me another tire. I asked them to ship it to Alexandria. It was a huge mess. So, now I'm with Alexandria. Get the tire. I got a second set on my daughter car. Now, I'm paying 2 notes. Because of the transfer from Shreveport to Alexandria and them telling me to wait to get my account sorted out; I missed the no interest deadline. I called to tell them that my daughter car was stolen they told me it didn't matter the insurance doesn't cover theft. On my set, I had filed a claim on the tires for 2 new tires. David told me he ordered them and they were waiting on me to bring the car in. I called to schedule for that Monday. Deshaun thought she transferred me to him. When I get off the phone with him I hear Deshaun say something, David replies that's how you do it, tell them what they want to hear and get em off the phone. I spoke with the District Mgr, Brian. NOTHING! I went in to turn in my daughter tires after the vehicle was recovered. The big head accounting girl in the back had an attitude when I called and when I came in. David said I could go in the back and sign my paperwork, I declined. She brings her big ass from the office telling me I didn't have to come in the back (with an attitude). I replied that I was well aware of that. And for her to stop talking to me. Brian comes up front. NOTHING. I called today to pay on tires I no longer have. Some dweeb tried to get me to pay extra to get to another date. I asked why. He stated I couldn't be late. If I'm late, you charge a late fee, I pay it, what's the problem? He said they were doing me a favor. How? I'm paying you. I could've said forget it, I don't have the tires anyway. I hung up. I wasn't paying extra. then I get a notice from my bank that they were trying to get the extra from my account. I had already stopped payment on them. Then they tried to get a $1. BOOM! This office needs to be re-staffed or shut down. They have absolutely no customer service skills. I wouldn't recommend to have bicycle tires changed there. JUST LOOK AT THEIR REVIEWS! read more

Absolutely the worst. Will never do business here again. You have a finance option, "6 months same as cash" which is not true. Your charged taxes on ever payment made which is not same as cash for one. Two they tell you free rotations, balance, and wheel alignments while financed. They fail to mention that that's all ONLY Monday - Thursday. Personally I work Monday - Friday and live 30-40 minutes away. I drive to the place of business one Saturday and was told that it's only Monday - Thursday yet I can buy tires any day of the week and you put them on? It just doesn't make sense to me as to how you can't simply rotate tires that takes maybe 10-15 minutes... I promise I will NEVER do business with RNR ever again! Highly DO NOT recommend to anyone! I'm so sick of RNR and this is why. I got 4 tires from them and everything was going good. My note was due on the 7th of the month for 6 months. I gave them my debit card info and asked them to take the note out on the 3rd of every month. Then I would be eligible for a drawing every month if u pay early. They set it all up. The very 1st note came and they started calling me on the account. Ok my note has already been taken so why r u calling. I went up there and they hand me another person's bill of over 4 thousand. We have the same first and last name only. 2 completely different addresses and 2 different amounts owed. Ok that was just the beginning of my horra with them. They would call me every month when there was no reason to. They took the money off my card when they wanted to. After a couple of months I had a flat. I went to them and they put the other girls size tire on my car. So now I have 2 different size tires on my car. After a couple of months my front end started shaking so I find out that there's 2 different size tires on my front end. I mean a big size different. Ok they put me the right tire on my vehicle and put the front end back in line but the vehicle is still shaking. Ok by now my 6 months r up but they call me and say my tires r paid but I owe a little over $400 for late fees. Now u tell me how do I owe late fees when u had my card on file to take the money off 4 days before it was due. Like I said they take it off when they want to. I should have never had a late charge. I pay it down to $200 and they file theft charges on me. Then they send a boy out to take my tires. I walked out and caught this boy trying to take my tires and rims off my car. Ok now my tires r paid for so I call my husband and he tells the boy the tires r paid besides the rims r not there's. My husband told him he was not taking the rims and they boy said watch me. My husband thought the boy was gonna hit him with the tire tool he had in his hand so my husband slapped him. Now they put charges on my husband who had just got through with his 28th cancer treatment. Now the town of pineville put my husband on probation and gave him a probation fee every month and this big fine to pay. This set of 4 tires which we found out came off clearance and still have the mark on them proving they was on clearance. These tires will cost about 4 thousand before it's over. Now I finally talked to the general manager and he told me if I paid $200 more this would all stop. I paid it cause my husband has a very bad heart and he was staying stressed over all of this. Well this has been since February of last year this started. I paid the last of it around August of last year. I have not heard nothing till this lady I know by miss piggy who works up there was asking around the other day if I got arrested yet for theft of tires. I did not even know they had put a warrant out for me way back then till just the other day. I would like to know why this lady has it out for me i dont even know her. I do know her boyfriend a few months ago was arrested for 1 count of murder and i think 6 counts of attempted murder. I think the late fees i was made to pay is money the employees r stealing from the company. I do know this the general manager brian told me him self if i paid he would stop all this. So i took out my card and paid him right then so why do i have theft charges. I wish they would arrest me for that i got a lawyer on stanby who wants this so bad he can taste it. My husband and i r on a fix income and was struggling to survive before all this. My husband had to leave as sick as he is cause he can't pay the probation fees. This has kept my husband in severe stress and he's already had 2 open heart surgeries. This is gonna give him a heart attack and when it does I'm coming for RNR tires u van bank on that. Worst experience ever. Will not be going or recommending anyone go there. I was told many different prices after I was quoted a certain price bc I was super specific with how much I was spending. they messed up my contract paper work. Then I had to get a tire replaced and ended up waiting over a month to get it back. Customer service was terrible as well. read more

This is a great place to get tires and or tire repair. We were in the Alexandria area having a tire issue. They quickly took us in and fixed our problem.
