While driving through Kansas on a road trip from Texas to Utah, we found ourselves in an unexpected situation where we needed new tires for our minivan. Our main goal was to get a good set of tires for our vehicle, get them balanced, and aligned, and then get back on the road as we had already experienced a delay in our trip. Our experience with the folks at RNR-Hutchison was positive in every way. They were able to get the tires we wanted on our vehicle, within the timeframe that we needed, and we were back on the road the next morning, saving us a lot of money. In my experience, the people there were friendly, knowledgeable, and they did everything that they said they would do. PS: While I was there, in their showroom, during the time that they were working on my vehicle, I was able to do some remote work on my laptop. As I did, I observed several people coming and going perhaps wanting to purchase new tires for their vehicle, or to make a payment on an installment agreement that they had previously set up with RNR, or, in one case, I saw a person who came in to resolve an issue that they were having with RNR. In every case, whether it was a new customer, an ongoing one, or one with a disagreement, I observed the staff interacting professionally with the customers. I've only had one experience with RNR-Hutchison, but I must assume that this kind of interaction is standard practice with their staff. Had gone to Meineke for a tire leak, Meineke said they couldn't find it. We went down the road to RnR, got us right in, found the leak and took my husband back to show him. The tire was fixed in 30 minutes, no charge, and great customer service! read more

Less than two weeks late on a payment and I was threatened, from everything from stealing my car to theft charges, spoke with the district manager and seemed to worsen the situation, if this is how they do business, I will let everyone know not to buy from there read more

did not think it would be hard to have tire for a place that sells tires. went in all they have are 3 sets of tires and 30 plus rims. I want to see the tires and the price not a BS quote. read more

if i could give them 0 starts i would. rude ass workers that don't know how to do they're job with bad costumer services. first thing they wanted to put wtv tire size they wanted on my truck when i specifically told them what size i wanted. told me i have free alignment whenever i needed it i went and they told me they couldn't do it because my staring wheel was on a different angle when the alignment is exactly for that to get it fix so i had to take it somewhere else and pay out of my pocket keep in mind i pay them very week. And they don't tell you ANYTHING about avoiding financial fees all they care about is taking your money. read more

I walked in to inquire. Phones and internet down so they would call me with figures. They called but didn't give me figures but put money down today. Like an idiot I did and set up appointment to come in and get NEW tires. I showed up and still wasn't given any info. We're done now come sign paperwork. Yes I was ignorant and didn't say hold on. What's going on here. Sign here sign here initial initial sign here etc. They put USED tires on when I wanted NEW tires and darn well was charged new prices. Now it is a fight to get corrected but I have to go in to the store. They aren't man enough to fix without me having to go back in. District manager won't return call. You don't get statements to see what payoff is to avoid additional finance charges. You're charged a club fee for something ridiculous. Yes they have my signature but they took advantage of a Senior citizen. DON'T go to this business. You'll regret it. read more

My husband and I were headed out of town for an appt. this morning and had our low pressure alert come on for one of the tires.So we stopped and paid $1.50 to air it up.A mile later pressure was down.Stopped in at RNR TIRES & RIMS to have it checked.Yep!screw in tire.They repaired the tire and got us on our way FREE!!!!!
