    They scheduled us on a Sunday putting on a Mini Cooper bike rack, at 11am and said it would be done…read morenot later than 5pm!! Putting one man on a job for this huge job was a huge mistake. It took over 7 hours and we live 1-1/2 hours from his shop! Owner never should have had us come in at 11:00am either only one man onion until we started calling at 3;30-4pm asking ho we no much longer! Never go on a Sunday to have a bike rack installed!! This was way too long for this job and not enough help for one guy working installing a bike rack! Owner had no idea how long 7 HOURS on a job which should have been completed much earlier! Owner had no idea but insisted it could be done by 5pm! WRONG!! Do NOT believe The owner. Book a shop closer than our 1.5 hours to get home as we finally reveived our car at 6:05pm at night! PLUS it's evening traffic!! This was nutts to go in on a Sunday! This owner should havenBooked our install at 8 am on a weekday and not 11am on a Sunday!!!! Book an owner closer to your home to avoid the headache and frustration of a 7 + hrs wait! We are snoebirddd so do not have a second car here in Lake Stevens WA. Think before you book this bike rack install, book a group that puts more than one installer on a Mini Cooper! Run elsewhere. Do not trust him !Our install was longer than promised!! We also felt that the vehicles would be more reliable than the 'airbnb of RV'ing' websites that exist out there. The staff was super friendly. We arrived early and were able to check out our RV early (although this is probably a results not typical situation). The process was fast, although they did take the time to make sure we fully understood how to operate the vehicle. Pay close attention during that part, take pictures, ask questions. You will thank yourself later. The RV itself was a delight. This was our first RV trip and it was pretty easy. Just go slow when driving, especially at first, and you will get the hang of it (and swing wide turns). When we came back the staff was enthusiastic and happy to see us. They were excited to hear how the trip went and focused on that more than the check in process. It honestly couldn't have been better. We hope to go back and rent another one soon!

The heater shook and made terrible noises. I also found a previous renter's contract with their information, plus some of their items under the passenger seat. Safety is definitely not in Cruise America Everett's mindset. After the first day of driving, we could tell the RV needed realignment and we called the service number. The service folks were the only attentive, concerned beings in this whole experience. They tried to find a repair shop on our route but no shop wanted to take it on so we had to deviate to an actual Cruise America shop in Henderson, NV, which, because of the weekend, we had to make arrangements to stay places an extra 2 days. The shop was not equipped to do realignments so they put on 2 new front tires, a new driver's side mirror, and new screws in the heater. The new tires helped but it still needed alignment. When we returned the RV and talked to the 'manager' of the issues we had, she asked the woman who had done the preview inspection if the black tank was open and empty, to which she said yes, which was an out and out lie. We were offered either $300 in credit to use here again (no way) or $150 back. We were told if we accepted any of these, we could not complain any further up the chain. That's BS and unacceptable.

I really like working with Scott Johnson who has been here forever and has a good, pragmatic, and honest attitude. Yes, RVs are expensive. Man, I would not trust buying a used RV from all the horror stories. No, I don't trust extended warranties sold by dealers (I did buy an after market one and actually was pretty useful but you must read the fine print). And yeah, I know it's a privilege to buy an expensive diesel pusher, but Tiffin generally was honorable about their warranty and Poulsbo did a good job. The first three years you should expect nothing but problems with your coach. After that, things hopefully settle down. If you recognize this is a lifestyle purchase, and a pricey one, I've generally had good luck with the Kent store. Note I service my chassis and generator at Freightliner NW - Poulsbo is for coach work.

When we initially went to pick up our trailer, not only was it not ready, but add-ons we had purchased weren't installed and the inverter was bad. That was fixed soon enough, but only after multiple emails to the service department and our salesman allowed us to actually pick it up at a time convenient to us. 15 months later and the trailer may well be a total loss. Even though we took it to Poulsbo for winterization after owning it for only 5 months, we've had significant water intrusion that resulted in huge amounts of mold taking over the carpet under the dinette, in addition to a cracked skylight, the inverter broken AGAIN, and a warping front facade. To think that on our vacations and weekends in State Parks, my family was breathing in mold spores due to the slipshod product that Poulsbo RV sold us for over $30k is disgusting. Avoid Poulsbo RV at all costs - their products are garbage.

We immediately called five star and reported the damage and they said they would note it and take care of it. We now just got our security deposit back with $250 less because of awning damage. I would rent an rv from somewhere else, Justin the service manager cursed at me on the phone and hung up after I asked him for the protocol for damage transactions. There are many different places to rent RVs from and I would highly advise that you choose a different place. This is some of the worst customer service and disrespect I have ever received.

I…read morerefuse to write a long diatribe of a Yelp review as I am a small business owner myself, but trust me when I say that I have had an out of the box horrible experience with this company; and I am usually beyond patient with these types of things -Broken down RV including busted kitchen extenders (that you had to physically push out and pull in), light fixtures falling out, broken power steering, water pump not being set correctly, charging plug out, radio didn't work, mattress was too long for bed, so rear hatch wouldn't shut correctly, on and on and on (I'm sure I'm forgetting things). All of this was after being told that we had a "premium" RV. -Super shady up front costs on initial rental (went from $1500 to almost $3000) - Guy tried run an insurance claim on a flat tire. Guy also tried to run an $8000 claim on light damage to rear bumper from a motorist that tagged the back while we were away from vehicle. I'm not a body guy, but I've done enough car repair to know that this was clearly fraudulent. -When I tried to call to see where my refund was for $300 deductible on claim, I had to leave three separate messages with the guy who could barely speak English at the front desk, before finally had to call and demand to speak with the owner. This was over three weeks time. Again, I do not write Yelp reviews lightly and being a fellow business owner it took me a lot to get pushed over the edge enough to write this, but seriously an all around awful experience. Run
