Even after we expressed our concerns about the non-communication it did not improve until we made a call and spoke to the sales manager. Dave was quick to rectify the situation. However, this left a bad taste in our mouth. Needless to say we will not be going back to this dealership for service or any needs we may have. And I will not recommend the dealership for anyone in the market for a new RV.

The second sale took roughly six months to complete. During the process, we were lied to and experienced some of the worst customer service by the Management staff you could imagine. The disorganization and lack of internal communication between Management employees drove the customer service issues. Even though the timeframe of the second sale took entirely too long, if it were not for a few of the helpful staff members in the service department, the sale would have taken even longer. The lack of customer service the Bath location provided during and after the second sale was simply poor and unprofessional at best. Being repeat customers meant nothing to them.

Now dealing with basic insurance from transporter and Coltons not wanting to help with the responsibility of the damage to our rv. The damaged that occurred while hooked up to the transporters tow vehicle. So honestly, one star is not even deserved in this matter. Said part is, we were told everything would be taking care of by the service manager.

We followed up -- nothing. Called again later that day -- still no answer. The next day, we were told the sales manager wasn't even in. We asked to speak with someone else and got a manager named Rick, who told us they wouldn't take the camper due to a list of "damages" that were completely made up. This all happened while we were on a serious time crunch -- my dad is moving out of town, which we made very clear from the beginning. From Tuesday to Thursday, they kept our camper and gave us zero updates, wasting valuable time. When we went to pick it up, we found the trailer jack had been bent -- it was fine when we left it. We couldn't even hitch it properly to drive away. Eventually, they did replace the jack at no cost, but the damage was already done -- to our schedule, and our trust. Overall, the whole experience was full of broken promises, poor communication, and careless handling of our property. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, especially if you're depending on timely and honest service.

However, they claimed to have done much of it and charged us for it. Our oven would not turn on. They claimed to fix that, but did not. Half of our outlets and two out of three air conditioners are not working on our generator. They claimed to fix that, but did not. Our tank sensors are not reading properly. They claimed to fix them, but did not. We asked them to fix the doors on some of the storage compartments, but they did not do anything with them. In addition, they took our power cord off the reel and did not give it back. They claim they don't have it. They did fix the control panel. They also fixed the steps and lubed a slide. All of this took two weeks while we had to stay in motels because our trailer is our home. It also got to the point where I expected to call several times to check on the status, because they usually didn't return phone calls. They were well aware of the fact we are full-time rvers.
