We were offered to have a transporter bring the rv to our home due to them being closed from December 24th to January 2nd 2025. Transporter damaged our rv. Now dealing with basic insurance from transporter and Coltons not wanting to help with the responsibility of the damage to our rv. The damaged that occurred while hooked up to the transporters tow vehicle. So honestly, one star is not even deserved in this matter. Said part is, we were told everything would be taking care of by the service manager.

I arrived for my appointment in the morning and they took it in right away. Couple of hours later I was told that they are unable to do this type of work at this facility and they would just credit the amount back to my card, after they had already taken the front wheel off of my motorhome. I asked why it had taken so long to tell me this and they had NO straight answer. Come to find out, they needed to drive around to a couple of Ford dealers to find a new Bump Stop to replace the one they wreaked. The BEST part of all, When they took the wheel cover off, they used an impact wrench on the fake lug nuts busting them off too. Then, to fix the problem, they used TAPE to put them back on. Shame on you Camping World, putting people's safety at risk just because your degenerate employees are only qualified to sit on their butts, and do NOTHING!
