    DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE: I ignored the bad reviews of this place and I regret it. David Wilkins was my service advisor at Gordon Chevrolet. He took my car in on Monday morning 8am. David calls me mid-day and tells me it's "some" sensors in my front and rear tires and it will be $1,160 to repair. I said that doesn't sound right, could you send me a list of the parts and the diagnosis? He says yea I could do it later, it'll take me a minute. I respond with "okay sounds good, here's my email..." David sends me (Photo #1 attached) a random Excel sheet quote that has one part listed and 6.20 hours of labor to replace 2 sensors in the rear with a completely different diagnosis and total than he stated on the phone, now all the sudden it is $1665.90 total. I respond and ask if he could actually list out all the parts and the diagnosis, again. He calls me and says "hey I'm leaving in 2 minutes so I'll do the quote tomorrow morning" aka keeping my car another day and won't give me a run down of what actually going on. He sends me (Photo #2 attatched) which now shows wheel bearings and sensors for parts and then ridiculously overshot labor stating it will take 6.20 hours for a 1 hour job. This is a $300 job at most and David quoted me for $1665.90. I immediately called and requested to pick up my vehicle. Sent all the info and talked to my friend who does mechanic work, they said this quote is absurd at best and there's no way those parts cost anything near that and they checked by wheel bearings during my rotor and brake replacement the week before last and everything was fine. I paid $145 for the diagnosis and I'm unsure if that was even done correctly. Go somewhere else to avoid getting scammed by this place.

    Messed up paint

    Beware of this shop... I will never take another vehicle her nor will I ever recommend this place. Took my car her after an accident I had in June and still having problems. Got my car back end of July only to put it back in the same shop a day later. Then after them having it another week got the car home only for the check engine light to come on. Took it back in for them to charge me $341 here it is November and check engine light on again. Not to mention I'm still waiting for the tow hitch cover they ordered. Oh and since my accident I've used 4 bottles of windshield solution only to find out the reason is there's a crack in the holder from the accident and they didn't fix that either. Not to mention the emblem they put on my car isn't straight. Poor work all the way around. When I asked about the trailer hitch cover they asked if I wanted them to remove the trailer hitch so it will fit. Oh and the hood wouldn't open and the hood trim was still broken. After getting my insurance involved they did fix the bumper hood and hood trim. Still waiting not the cover. And the rest I refuse to take it back because every time I take the car back something else happens. I feel like it sabotage but of course I can't prove it. Beware don't take your car to them.

    Just OK overall. Service is slow. I had to wait almost two hours for an appointment for an oil change. They can do better.

A few days after I noticed a shudder in the transmission from 2nd to 3rd gear, I tried calling Sam about this but It was very difficult to get ahold of him. After having patience for about a week I kept calling the dealership every day until Sam picked up. He told me to wait until the car passed 1k miles from when I bought it to file a warranty claim which makes no sense but I agreed. NOT EVEN A WEEK LATER the ignition went bad and I had to get it TOWED to a nearby shop. The shop told me there had been tampering because there was zip ties found holding the ignition together. This wouldn't have been a problem if it was covered under the warranty Sam sold me on, but of course it was not! Now I have to pay $1,060 for a new ignition, and when I called Sam to explain the problem I had, he said, "I know, I know" then accused me of putting words in his mouth because I asked why he would sell me the car if he knew the ignition was going to go bad. Please do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place you're much better off buying a car for an extra 3-5K at a certified pre owned dealer or a large name brand dealer. The pictures are of the ignition in the condition that it was sold to me in. Thanks again Sam for making a family's life much more difficult!

The check engine light is coming on more often and staying on much longer. It has also began hesitating to accelerate. I've had to take it to the dealership shop every month this year so far. One time the service department found that all of the wires on the vehicle were jumbled together and duct taped!! That cost me $600!!!! The 2nd time I got charged $1800 because they thought it was the catalyst converter. However, the engine light keeps coming on. And in addition to that now the traction and ABS lights are coming on! I have less than 100K miles on it so all of this shouldn't be occurring. Stay away from this auto sales place because they do not sell quality cars! I am now on the process of searching for another vehicle because I'm concerned the Trax I purchased from Lee's will stop working sooner than later. If I could give a minus zero stars, I would.

I was already working with Scott at Michigan Sandblasting and planned to have my Jeep's underbody sandblasted there. Rashid told me they could apply POR-15 afterward, so based on that I paid to have the Jeep towed down there. After it arrived, everything changed. Rashid started questioning the project and for over a week I was given the runaround. Multiple times Rashid told me he would "talk to Scott figure out a solution and call me back," but the call back never happened. Every time I followed up I got the same vague response and nothing actually moved forward. Rashid knew all of the details prior to me towing it down there. If this wasn't a job they wanted to take on, that should have been communicated from the beginning instead of telling me to bring the vehicle down and spend money towing it there. It's extremely frustrating to be told something can be done, only to have the shop avoid giving a straight answer after the vehicle is already there. Very disappointing and unprofessional way to handle a customer. I wasted time and money because they couldn't simply be upfront about whether they were willing to do the work.
