Expect to communicate through texts or drive over to the office location between 1pm-3pm (and wait outside forever for them to show up) if you plan to get anything done with them. Over Thanksgiving week, I texted the owner to make appointments for 7 driving lessons that I paid for my daughter. I was told to go to their office between 1pm-3pm on Tuesday. I was not able to make it and asked if I could go on Wednesday. No response at all, so I texted him over a week later. I texted the owner to let him know I need to be able to be able to schedule over the phone or else I need a refund because it is inconvenient and unreasonable to have to drive over just to schedule appointments. I thought our interactions via in person or on the phone were good and pleasant until I received a response that shows what an unhinged, twisted liar he is. He claimed that I made rules that he can't follow and that I made threats. Which was completely ridiculous and untrue outright lies to justify his ugly response. He blocked me immediately after his text so that he would not get my response. Check our texts in the picture and decide whether this is someone you want to do business with. read more

I was able to enroll my son in this course. It had high star reviews from Google in addition to it being in the area. Mr. Chester was the gentleman that was in charge. He gave the students, as well as my son what they needed to know to pass the written test. They had many flexible hours, days during the week, as well as weekends to meet the demands of a challenging parental schedule. With two kids in multiple sports, the scheduling of events can be challenging. He was very accommodating. He allowed you to contact him during office hours via text, as well as stopping by. We were able to schedule practice driving, weeks in advance with availability of his staff as well as our availability, to give my son the best opportunity to pass the test. When we could not make an appointment, there was not a big deal. As long as we let him know in enough time, we would be able to reschedule without a loss of a slot or the financial investment. There were many hands working to make this business and facility successful from class teaching to Practice driving, as well as road tests. Even though we opted not to take the road test at the facility, due to cost, my son was well prepared for the exam. He passed the first time! THIS IS THE BEST DRIVING SCHOOL IN TEXAS!!! I not only loved every minute of the class but I learned so much about how to be a safe and responsible driver. My teacher Mr. Chester was so nice and always made sure that I understood what I was learning. Before I started the class I knew practically nothing about driving, I didn't even know what pedal was the break and which one is the gas, but after this class it is safe to say that I am an expert. It is a 16 day class and everyday you focus on a different topic of driving such as things like road signs, road rules, why you should never drink and drive, what to do in case of an emergency on the road, how to change a flat tire, and so many other very important things. Although the class comes with some responsibility I believe that this just prepares you for driving even more. I did this class with my friend and she if you asked her about the class she would tell you the exact same things. Another plus that I loved about the class is that I got to be hands on with my learning instead of learning online and not really comprehending anything like many people my age do now. If you you are unsure about any topic with driving I can assure you Mr. Chester or the lovely staff at Road To Success will help you out. I am so happy that I FINALLY know how to drive properly. We scheduled a last minute road test at Road To Success Driving School with Mr. Chester. We previously had a road test scheduled at another area school, but noticed police activity at the school that made us uncomfortable and found our way to Mr. Chester. He was a blessing. He made us feel comfortable at every step - confirming the appointment, paperwork, etc. As my daughter's test began, I noticed they took a few minutes in the car before leaving and when they returned I asked her what they were doing and she told me Mr. Chester guided her through some breathing exercises before the test because he feels most prepared students fail because of nerves. To me, that reflects compassion for the students during a milestone moment for them. We had great results and I would recommend. read more

The owner is the biggest thief he is extremely dishonest absolutely no communications. We fell for his scam paid $350 up front then on the day of the written there was another fee of $35 and more. If you call it send a text he will never bother returning your call he changed the exam dates without any communication with the parents or students. Please save your money and go elsewhere this is was the absolute worse judgement call I made as a parent when I enrolled my kid. All 5 stars reviews are a lie. You have been warned. read more

Mr Chester and Road to Success Driving School has been a great place to learn driver's education. There is a ton of information that is covered, but Mr Chester manages to lead us through it in a fun way. He definitely emphasizes that this is not a class to play around in and will make you acknowledge how important it is to make the most of every class (and that you don't need to be wasting your parent's money since they paid for you to be there!) He has great stories and makes the driving instruction simplified and no-nonsense. We had a full class but it went by super quick. He seems a bit gruff at first, but he's actually a big teddy bear once you get to know him. I would absolutely recommend him to my friends searching out a school for driver's ed. After studying my driver's education education here I can definitely say that this place has been very beneficial for teaching me what I need to know about the rules of the road. Our instructor (mr Chester), who teaches us our lessons, always find a way to make the lecture interesting through stories of his own experiences. He goes very in depth in his lessons to make sure that everyone has had a grasp of what we are learning and will take his time and patiently explain things multiple times to also make sure that everyone is very clear on what the instructions are and what is due. Came in for a drivers test and felt scammed. First he judged my car for not having good air conditioning and made me pull down all my windows which was very distracting. Kept telling me to hurry up the whole time cause he had other people waiting but there was no one else there. Then while I was driving he kept laughing and shaking his head and telling me to go faster or slower. He wouldn't give directions until I almost passed the street then yelled at me while I was driving. When I was parking he kept saying why was my foot was on the brake after putting the car in park, picking out very small details to judge. Overall, this was a bad experience he was extremely disrespectful and would never recommend going here. Then he told my dad was a bad teacher and I should take his classes instead. I've been driving for 2-3 years, I don't need classes now I know how to drive. I felt like he purposely failed me so he could make me spend more money, which I won't. This place is a scam. read more

This place has many great things but I can't believe it took me four weeks to figure that out when they mean road to success they mean it. The amount of hard is quit stressful but it all pays off due to the fact that it is so rewarding. When I was thinking about driving school, I was thinking about taking an online course because it would've been more convenient, and I could do everything on my own time. This is the point where my parents made me take an actual drivers ed course, and I couldn't have been happier!
