I will have my daughter come here as well when it is time for her test. The only negative I would say here is that the appointments on line are not really needed or used. I would recommend calling a couple of days before your test and just verify if they are available. He will let you know if that day works and then you just show up between business hours. The only problem with this is you may have to wait 30 minutes or so (as we did) because we had to wait for a driving class the was just ending. Otherwise great school and will be back!

He did not answer my phone calls or texts. I'm under the impression that there are multiple drivers that split student load, but not sure how that is communicated behind the scenes. Over Thanksgiving week, I texted the owner to make appointments for 7 driving lessons that I paid for my daughter. I was told to go to their office between 1pm-3pm on Tuesday. I was not able to make it and asked if I could go on Wednesday. No response at all, so I texted him over a week later. I texted the owner to let him know I need to be able to be able to schedule over the phone or else I need a refund because it is inconvenient and unreasonable to have to drive over just to schedule appointments. I thought our interactions via in person or on the phone were good and pleasant until I received a response that shows what an unhinged, twisted liar he is. He claimed that I made rules that he can't follow and that I made threats. Which was completely ridiculous and untrue outright lies to justify his ugly response. He blocked me immediately after his text so that he would not get my response. Check our texts in the picture and decide whether this is someone you want to do business with.

He gave the students, as well as my son what they needed to know to pass the written test. They had many flexible hours, days during the week, as well as weekends to meet the demands of a challenging parental schedule. With two kids in multiple sports, the scheduling of events can be challenging. He was very accommodating. He allowed you to contact him during office hours via text, as well as stopping by. We were able to schedule practice driving, weeks in advance with availability of his staff as well as our availability, to give my son the best opportunity to pass the test. When we could not make an appointment, there was not a big deal. As long as we let him know in enough time, we would be able to reschedule without a loss of a slot or the financial investment. There were many hands working to make this business and facility successful from class teaching to Practice driving, as well as road tests. I was told a medical appt is why and sorry for the inconvenience. There are multiple people that work here and no one else could do his road test. This is beyond unprofessional. It takes MONTHS to get a DPS appointment. I can't just reschedule for later in the day. They said that the test person would be available later in the day just not at 9am. Unforgiveable. Mr. Kaisar was my instructor. He was extremely professional and taught me everything about driving and the roads in general, plus boosted my confidence for the test very well. I wanted classes early in the morning so as to not disturb my office schedule, they accepted and picked me up and dropped me off at my house. Absolutely loved their way of teaching and their politeness. Would definitely recommend this school to anyone in the Dallas area.
