She upgraded my group to the VIP Pop room free of charge and was extremely helpful when we inadvertently messed up the karaoke settings. The music selection needs the latest hits from 2020 & 2021, but there were MORE than enough songs for everyone to find something they enjoy. We only reserved two hours but ended up staying & paying an extra one because we were having so much fun. The location is a bit far out for me, but because we received such excellent customer service and had such a great time, I will be sure to come back and refer to my friends.
