She upgraded my group to the VIP Pop room free of charge and was extremely helpful when we inadvertently messed up the karaoke settings. The music selection needs the latest hits from 2020 & 2021, but there were MORE than enough songs for everyone to find something they enjoy. We only reserved two hours but ended up staying & paying an extra one because we were having so much fun. The location is a bit far out for me, but because we received such excellent customer service and had such a great time, I will be sure to come back and refer to my friends. A large room, good for a group of 8+, also includes a pool table cost $60 per hour. Each room includes two mics. The karaoke interface is all in Chinese. You can easily figure it out when you ask the workers for instructions. A good selection of music in all languages, including English music. The search function sucks for English songs. It's hard to find the songs and artists you like but you mange after you stumble into artists that you can click on. Keep in mind that some of the artists have multiple folders so you won't see all of their songs at once. They're pretty good at adding new songs which is a plus. They give you a plate of fruit when you arrive. There's a service switch that you can flip on to call for a worker for anything you need. They come pretty quickly to help you. Their beef noodle soup and Taiwanese fried chicken is pretty good. They allow smoking in this place which I'm not a fan of but will return to karaoke again.

The layout was really interesting. One side of the building is dedicated to private karaoke rooms, while the other side is the dining area. They offer karaoke rooms in different sizes (small, medium, and large), all with a 3-hour minimum rental, and they even have a club room that can accommodate up to 60 people for larger parties. It looked like it would be a fun place to celebrate birthdays or have a private group night out. We ordered the Crab Broil, and it was the perfect late-night meal. It comes with potatoes and corn on the cob, and everything arrived piping hot. They offer several sauce choices, but the most popular is the All Mixed Sauce, which combines all three of their signature sauces. The garlic Cajun flavor really stood out--it was rich, buttery, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. If you're looking for something a little more filling, I'd definitely recommend adding a side of noodles. They would soak up all of that amazing sauce. The service was excellent.
