It felt like it was purely about marking up the parts themselves rather than any real concern. For something as basic and straightforward as plugs and coils, this rule is ridiculous and frustrating. Ended up doing it myself. If you're capable of handling a basic tune-up yourself and just want to pay for labor to save time, this isn't the place their inflexible policy will waste your time instead.

They could find no appointments, and when you search for a Firestone they have no badges company stores on this side that are not franchises.
