Called all the other tow trucks in the area and he had the cheapest estimate so I went with him. He told me 20 minutes until he got there and he was on time! Once he got there he go straight to it. He tried starting my car and once he heard the sound he told me I just needed gas. ( I'm just a girl ) Instead of charging me $380 ( other places quoted me $500+) to tow to Vallejo he towed me to the gas station and my car turned back on. SHOUT OUT TO OMAR!! Wow, absolutely amazing to work with! We got a flat tire in our rental car and it had no spare. Called National and dealt with a not so smart lady at their call center....long story short, she sent us to a 3rd party to deal with getting the car towed and getting us to backtrack an hour or so to pick up a new rental....disgusted with this process, we choice to all squeeze into one car and return the rental. Q offered to take the rental without us and drop it off where the 3rd party directed. When Q got to the location he discovered National was not there, but Budget and Enterprise were so he called us and verified he was in the right place. I was in a very serious and scary car collision a few days ago, and walked out of my car not knowing where I was or what happened. The team at Q's towing was already on that freeway and they quickly took action before the police had even arrived. My insurance company USAA dispatched Q's towing LLC to repair a flat tire on my car this evening. The roadside service repairman was very responsive and came out in a reasonable time. I was stranded at the Sacramento airport with my 80-year-old mother and we were very eager to get back home after a long day of traveling. After replacing the flat with the spare, I noticed that the spare seem to be low on air as well and was concerned that it too was flat. This service repairman said it only needed air but that the service was not included with my insurance services. I thought it was odd and asked "How much is that service?" And he replied? " Oh just tip me and I'll take care of it." Looking back at it I feel stupid for having not questioned this but was vulnerable and wanted to get back home. I tipped the repairman after he inflated the tire and was on my way. I had a nagging suspicion that something wasn't right and was wondering had I been taken advantage of, especially since I am a woman. On the way home I called my insurance company and asked whether air inflation was not included. The representative laughed and said yes, it's included. I feel so stupid. Very upset with myself for being gullible but even more upset that someone would take advantage of us in a vulnerable situation. Cannot recommend this business. read more

Q's towing went above and beyond to help me. They showed up within an hour on Christmas eve and towed my car to a local mechanic shop. After arriving at the destination, I decided that the shop was probably not going to be able to fix my car.
