I LOVED the two days I spent in a conference room at Roam. We had a spacious room with a beautiful view of trees. The coffee bar and water bar was a nice touch and a great addition to the conference room. WiFi and office supplies all worked well. During lunch time there's an option to pick from 4 to 5 places and instead of just handing you a bag of takeout they actually place the food on plates and a beautiful wooden tray. When I say this place is next level I truly mean it. Best service I've seen from an offsite office ever. Highly recommend this place! I also saw lots of other companies renting the private rooms so it's a great option for offsite corporate meetings. read more

What a GREAT business model! Think Starbucks meets conference center. You can just sit in the coffee shop area for free (after you buy a latte or a cappuccino or something). Or you can rent a small conference room with ALL the modern accouterments. And I'm talking ALL the latest meeting toys such as a smart white board that can download your scribbles to your laptop, free wi-fi, flat screen TVs where you can show your slide shows... etcetera . What a nice alternative for small business meetings in a much less stuffy setting than a hotel meeting room. Very hip and modern. In a year or two, I think all the cool kids will be meeting here. read more

The perfect offsite meeting spot! When you need an office space, with accessible conference rooms and a nice little cafe ... Roam is the answer. I've used Roam since 2009 and it just keeps getting better. Back in the day, it was just a little place with 4 or 5 breakout rooms and big leather chairs. Over the years, they have tripled its size and opened multiple locations. Lots of high tech features with that industrial / wood decor. Very trendy. We use their large room for company meetings when we need extra space. They also have regular monthly offices you can rent in addition to the as-you-need-it space. The best part of Roam is the staff! Everyone is so friendly and really wants to make your experience the best. Yvonne Hill has been my sales manager since the beginning and she is the best in the business. If not for the service, clean work spaces and restrooms as well as excellent service from the staff and 3 kinds of water on tap I would have given this location 1 star. A very pretty space indeed! Aesthetically pleasing with wonderful, wonderful teammates! However it's a work space right? Well there is a huge black eye on this place for me for one reason and that is ZERO ERGONOMIC SEATING IN THE CO-WORK SPACE!!!!! I was completely shocked! Your Choices: Wooden benches Literal wooden tree stumps Pretty Office chairs with ZERO lumbar support and no room to extend your legs at the desk Booth desks that are also wooden with no back support Hi-top stools that leave the legs to fall asleep or cramp with zero back support. I stumbled upon Roam a couple of years ago for a brief meeting and was impressed with its concept of combining gourmet coffee/food with state of the art meeting spaces. The atmosphere is laid back. You can walk in and use their community table to try out the space. When you become a member, you have access to creative and functional meeting spaces that fit different needs. They have a floor to ceiling whiteboards and creative spaces with paper-rolls for innovative thinking. The employees are always cheerful, professional, and helpful. This place is awesome. I have been networking my hiney off recently and went here twice this week. It's a really cool setup - think Starbuck's meets one of those executive suites places where you can rent conference rooms for 2-3 people all the way up to an auditorium where you can do big presentations. Had a good lunch and then coffee afterwards; free wifi, etc. You can do a membership or just come as you please without charge. If you do any type of business networking, meetings, etc. this is the place to go if you're in the north Atlanta area and you don't have bricks and mortar. read more

I have been a customer of ROAM using their Innovative shared workspace since September 2017. These guys are always ready to help and do so with a smile on their face. Yesterday, while I was having car trouble in the parking lot and had AAA there helping, managers Josh Kelly and Zach Smith saw us out there and Josh generously walked out to give coffee to me and the AAA driver unprompted. As a small business owner, at times I need a place to work that's away from home, etc. About 2 years ago, a friend told me about this new concept called ROAM, where you could work, eat, network, etc. I've been consistently going there since then and can't recommend it highly enough for others. ROAM hosted our full-day meeting in their large C3 room. We had a wonderful experience. The staff was so helpful before, during and after the event. The room and facilities are clean, modern and beautiful! We had catering from three different places and the ROAM staff had everything beautifully displayed for our guests at the exact times we needed. The AV equipment worked very well and there was always someone available to help if we needed it. I would definitely recommend this for a meeting of any size. The food and coffee are okay at best, the service however is is very VERY slow (expect wait time of 20 mins for coffee, and up to an hour for food.) Also, I shoot video here for a client & there always seems to be at least 1 woman in high heals walking around making UNBEARABLE noise in the background. read more

Hard to describe, but I'll start out with the cafe. Coffee house with real food. Breakfast and lunch menu with food cooked fresh on premises. Unlike a national chain, the coffee is roasted by a local Atlanta roaster. The food is served on real plates and the quality lives up to the plating. So the food is excellent, the coffee is excellent...oh, and free wireless. What else? Well, there are meeting rooms all around the place. Yes, there are private rooms where you can work or meet clients. There is even a large room that holds 50+ people where there are seminars and events on a regular basis. Each of the rooms, from the little ones that hold 1-4 people all the way up to the big one have whiteboards and either flatscreen monitors or projectors to hook your laptop up to. Roam also has beer and wine. I met with a couple of people I work with in the afternoon. We were able to grab a bite to eat and kick back with our laptops and use the wireless connection to get some work done. Kind of nice to cap off the day with an adult beverage and just chat with some co-workers. read more
