I've not worked at any of these places where the staff was so carefully selected and trained to reduce the "friction" of work. The people at Serendipity are fantastic and they make everything easy. Next of course is the facility. I've not visited all of the facilities in their network but if any of them feature the same level of design and layout that this one does (Alpharetta, GA) then you will find yourself in a great work environment that has comfortable workspaces, both public and private as well as an overall "look and feel" that somehow keeps productivity and creativity flowing - at least for me. Luckily, I had my AirPods with me and was able to put those in and stay focused for the afternoon. It's a very modern, industrial feel on the bottom floor with lots of natural light which I love. Only two downsides, and both of them are consequences of location; it's great to have a space like this well outside the city of Atlanta, but Internet accessibility is limited. Speeds are good, but not great. Additionally, the building itself is about 2 miles from the Interstate, so traffic can sometimes be an issue. Overall though, I'm VERY satisfied with Paradigm.
