They nonetheless look plainly stupid for claiming boldly that the tuning should be a no-brainer, then losing their stuff and not having the stick-to-your-word policy of finding some way to do it. This was after 3 days of it just sitting there. I finally had to have it towed to another shop to be fixed and they were able fix it the SAME DAY with no issues. They told me they had no idea what BBP was talking about. No one ever called me to communicate that they werent able to fix it. They just let it sit there for days until I called. They also seem to over book themselves quite a bit. They dont have enough mechanics to fix the cars they currently have... but they still keep accepting new cars.. which ends up making people wait for longer periods of time. It just doesnt seem like a professionally ran business anymore.. they only seem to care about getting cars in and out and having money in their pocket. I've had several friends tell me about having to take their cars back several times due to their issues not being fixed the first time.
