He told me I needed to purchase a new tailgate liner when the only thing that needed replaced was the extrusion pieces that fit across the top of the liner to hold it in place (the extrusion pieces were cracked and pieces were missing ). Then he proceeded to charge me a $75.00 installation charge and when he performed the installation he did a less than stellar job. When I called to talk to him he was busy at the time and the office gal said he would need to call me back. He ghosted me...big surprise. I later found out from Weathertech that they would have provided the extrusion pieces at no charge and I could have easily installed them myself. Now I am out the $150.
