    Unfortunately, I am not able to give a review because my house was never cleaned by this company…read more I scheduled what is called a move out cleaning over a week ago for our 1890 square foot home, which was completely empty, and according to my realtor, in excellent shape -it just needed a deep clean by professionals. The first day, the woman scheduled to clean named Mimi showed up late, apologized and stated she had an emergency clean until 2 a.m. the night before and was tired. I felt for her because she looked tired, but seemed ready to get to work at 8:30 a m. At 11:00 a.m. I was told by the company that she was about an hour from being done. I thought that seemed odd since I was told it would take anywhere from 5 to 8 hours to do a move out whole home clean when I booked. But, I am not a cleaner so I didn't think too much about it. I went and met Mimi right at the one hour mark at 1230 p.m. and she had flipped the script. She was rude, stated she was scheduled for a 3 to 4 hour clean and her time was up. She left without even giving me the opportunity to inspect. She did that because she had not cleaned ANYTHING. She even left sticky cleaning product in my oven and didn't wipe it out. There was not one surface in the entire home that had been cleaned. The realtor (who has been on and out of the home multiple times this week)even inspected and stated the home had not been cleaned. I sent the representative of the company multiple photos and videos showing what had not been done, and how the oven was left. I only asked that they clean what they stated they would clean, of which they had given me a three-page checklist of items that would be cleaned. The representative, Jamie, asked that I let them make it right by them sending another cleaner the next day. Since I had taken off part of the day, it was very hard for me to rearrange my work schedule the next day, but I was assured that a reliable cleaning person would be there at 8:00 a.m. sharp the next day. The next day came and at 8:30 I let Jamie know that the person, Tiffany, had not shown up. I was in a panic at this point because professional photos of my home were scheduled at 1 p.m., and couldn't be rescheduled for another week, which would delay my house going on the market. Jamie assured me that they would get somebody there and this third person would be there by 10:30 a.m. that day. My boss was gracious enough to let me off of work for a couple of more hours. Jamie even called me when the next cleaning lady was supposedly 17 minutes out. Seventeen minutes came and went then 30. , then 50. No cleaning lady. At this point it is 11:40 a.m. , and I have to report to work. So I called Jaiimie back and told her we were done. Three strikes and no one had shown up. I don't know what happened, but this company was not reliable. The worst part is that my credit card has a pending charge for $450, which I would not mind paying despite the 2-day inconvenience convenience if someone would have showed up to clean my house according to their checklist. My house is in worse shape than it originallywas because of the oven product that was sprayed in an oven that had no type of buildup in it, and left to dry without being wiped out. So one cleaning lady who didn't clean and was so so rude and two no shows. I cannot recommend this company due to the fact I didn't get the house cleaned at all the first time, and 2 days with 2 no shows later. And I am worried about whatever cleaning product is gunked up inside of my oven. To be fair and honest, I do have to say that the lady at the company that I spoke with to coordinate all this, Jamie, was very professional and courteous to me on the phone at all times. I don't blame her, but people have to actually show up and do the work stated they would do. However, after one hostile lady who cleaned worse than a 5-year old and was rude, and with 2 no shows, I cannot risk giving this company another chance. I am scrambling to find someone to do a move out cleaning in the next two days so my house can go on the market. Be very fearful of this company.
