It is quite traumatizing to have the house you love, not just a house but HOME, damaged by flame, smoke and water. Our Servpro mitigation manager was Morgan Wilburn and our Servpro reconstruction manager was Casey Speck. They and their crew, mitigation crew lead Shelby, and Skyler, Eddison, Emilio, Luis, and Daniel, plus reconstruction crew members Chris Dangerfield and Matthew Sprague, were a Godsend for us. They not only were extremely professional, highly detailed oriented, and skilled beyond belief at what they do, they understood what we were going through. At every twist and turn everyone went out of their way to take care of us. Explain what was going to happen, what they were doing during the recovery work, and making sure to quickly respond to any and all questions. 'Take A Little Bit' of time to talk with these guys. Don't think 'I'll Get By' with my mold or air quality issues. You could but, eventually you won't. Do not put yourself worrying 'Endless Nights' how you could fix all of your air quality issues. 'Get A Move On' and get 'Two Tickets To Paradise' instead of 'Shakin'' by the thoughts of mold. I scheduled something, but turns out that it leaked much faster. They called me back after hours just to check on me, then came to visit me the next day! I needed significant repairs to multiple valves in my house (toilet valve, under sink valves, shutoffs to both hoses, and a repair to the main water shutoff valve to my house). The main shutoff was in a very awkward spot, but they were able to repair it with no problems. John was also very friendly, answered all my questions, and didn't talk down to me, explaining everything they did and why. Very trustworthy and I am highly satisfied.
