The light brown skin male cashier was very rude and lacked the basic necessities(friendliness) for a customer service position. I gave him the name of the order I was picking up and I was given a cup and tasks to complete. I asked when did the delivery driver start making the orders and he said that's what he always has us do. I explained that I normally come during the day shift and the order is always bagged and sealed.In this day and age everything is supposed to be covered to protect the customer, so no where you go will have a delivery driver handle the customer's goods. Since he was not going to budge, I asked what items were needed and where to find them. He responded, "I clearly gave you a slurpee cup." I'm sure he was taught to be polite and helpful during training and none of those skills were shown tonight. Also, I'm sure any customer would be pissed to find out that the delivery driver was making their food. If you don't want to work with people, find a new job!

The people are generally friendly and have always been on time for me. I do think they charge a bit more for replacements if needed, but don't feel the prices are too high or that they are trying to replace what is not needed. They send video evidence of what they are trying to replace too, and confirm with you before doing. Cannot vouch for other services but have been enjoying my half yearly maintenance here!

As a result, I had to hire an external company to detail the vehicle because it was unacceptable. I will be sharing images to illustrate this issue. Additionally, I was expecting a follow-up call from the service manager, Kristen King, but I never received any communication from her. I chose this dealership based on their advertised commitment to customer service, but my experience has not reflected that standard. The service advisor, Ron, who was assigned to my vehicle, also failed to respond to my inquiries regarding the work performed on my car. I was promised a return call that I have yet to receive. Overall, my experience has been far from satisfactory, and I would not recommend this dealership based on the lack of follow-through and consideration for customers.

I went to Google and Yelp looking for places that could service a Fiat and decided to visit German Maser Tech (GMT). I had recently moved to Roswell and thought the location was also perfect. The experience was night and day from the dealership.   GMT specializes in European car repair, including Audi, BMW, Fiat, Mercedes, Porsche, Sprinter, Volvo, and Volkswagen.   I contacted GMT and left a voicemail requesting an appointment, the next day I get a call back. This rarely happened with the dealership, I would have to call multiple times just to speak to a person. The guy I spoke to at GMT was very pleasant, and courteous and didn't' make me feel rushed, he answered my few questions and worked with my schedule. He also ordered some wipers for me and stated they would arrive by my appointment time. Awesome!!! It's been challenging finding wiper blades that fit my compact car at auto shops like Auto Zone and Sams.   The location was easy to find, and when I walked in I was greeted immediately, also very different from my dealership experience. The waiting room was very spacious and comfortable. I waited for 1 hour and my car was ready and I was ready to check out. I had a next service sticker placed on my vehicle which is a nice reminder. It was more expensive than the price I pay at the dealership, however, I'm willing to pay a little more for better service and not have to worry about if my car actually had an oil change.   I immediately noticed the difference in my car, it drove so much smoother and it was nice to hear all looks well.

I was positive I needed a tire Rod as I had got my car previously serviced at the dealer and another tire place but they only do tires only. All of the other locations In the area who advertise as an auto mechanic shop or tire shop wanted me to come in for a diagnostic and to see how bad the damage was before a quote. I had a picture from both places confirming that my tire Rod was cracked so a diagnostic wasn't really necessary in this case. I called this location, they gave me a quote, I got my car serviced the next day. I appreciated the no hassle service. My car was serviced within the timeframe I was quoted and I received quality service. Appointments are strongly encouraged here.

I pay, get my key, go get in my vehicle and the car won't start, no instrument lights, no radio, no A/C and windshield wipers won't turn off. I go inside to address the issue with the staff and he states that they did nothing wrong. We go back and forth and the management continues to deny that they were the cause. He states that they can look at it for $110, I said I'll have the car towed. After looking the vehicle over for about 35 minutes, I was able to get it started and find the issue. When they attempted to do the emissions check, somehow he shorted the system and blew the OBD2 fuse I go back inside to let them know the issue. The manager just nods and smirks, no apology, no offer to refund or anything. Useless shop, beware, go elsewhere!!
