I like this gym more then the Conyers gym besides the disrespectful kids that walk around very organized.

The girls today at the desk were wide awake greeted me with warm smiles and energy! My first visit in the PF. Had bagels and coffee rolled out but I couldn't eat yet . ;( This PF is smaller than what I usually visit yet it was very busy well kept and clean. The showers were hot and overall clean as well for the masses that drift in Feom the early morning hours. I deducted 1 star just because the floors in the bathroom were as spotless as I am used to; but to this establishment your team more than makes up for it and the fact showers had hot water and were clean although you have numerous customers which should tell people, you know what you're doing! Came here at 9pm... every machine taken with people leaving their belongings on top of machines as if they are at home... water 25 minutes driving here since the Conyers location is closed. A waste of time. I will go to the Morrow location now. read more

PLANET FITNESS IN LITHONIA GA off of Covington hwy.. First off they have horrible customer service. The policies are straight up robbery and I would never recommend this gym to anyone. Here's why, Originally when I made my account I chose the wrong location and when I realized that I learned I can only come in the store or mail a letter to cancel so I mailed in a letter to cancel my membership giving the fact that I can't switch locations for 6 months and I do not live anywhere close to the location that I chose, by mistake! A month later after I sent in my cancellation I learned that they supposedly never received it and I was charged again. I called and spoke to the manager and he claimed he ask for permission to refund me of my money from his area manager and she declined but offered 3 months free months so that would be the time I could switch my location. I tried to make peace with that but that was obviously not true because the next month came and I was charged $10 and a fee of $49. I called and complained and the manager said he felt bad so he would cancel my membership but he could not give me a refund. THAT WAS ALSO A LIE because the next month I was charged again!!! Not only that but he tried act like he never offered that but later after reviewing his notes he learned that he did in fact offer that cancellation to me! So he gave me a email to corporate which I emailed and never received an response so I called just to be told that the location is privately franchised and they could do nothing about my issue. So after all of this commotion I tried my luck again and paid for certified mail to make sure someone received my cancellation letter. The next month comes and I was charged again but this time for a fee of $25! At this point I am beyond frustrated so I call and talk to the sad excuse for a manager once again and he says they never received my letter but this time I have proof so I emailed him my receipt and my tracking number info that shows their address and that someone at the location received the letter! He emails me back and says he will call me the next business day with a solution 2 business days passed so I emailed him over the weekend still no response so I called today 5/22/23 to follow up and he wouldn't come to the phone but tells one of his employees to let me know membership is cancelled. I have received confirmation of that and this is robbery!! So unprofessional and if I could leave 0 stars I would! This has been a pain in my ass I work hard for my money and just to have it taken every month from a location that I have never been to and never will be to is flat out wrong! read more

Arrived at 10:45 a.m. as soon as I entered the Lockeroom a patron had his music on his phone so loud that you could not hear the televisions in the room. When I go out and get on a treadmill there was a female either talking to someone in Spanish or learning the language because it was possible to hear both voices because the volume was loud enough to be heard in the row ahead of her, I know because in less than a minute I moved to that row as far as I could away from her (still could hear it. I didn't say anything to the staff (only saw one member on arrival & two when leaving an hour later). Do not go expecting people to follow the posted rules or management enforcing the rules. People bring gym bags out to the floor and place them on equipment next to them, have phones out and you don't know if they are recording you or taking selfies. Not unusual to see someone use equipment and just walk away without wiping the equipment down. I like this gym because it is near me, but I find myself looking for a time to go when there are not many people, not because of more equipment but less aggravation. read more

Clean facility with up to date equipment. Staff is very friendly and available. I like the small facilities because most people come to actually workout unlike larger gyms. read more
