This studio has energy, kindness, and acceptance- a true community. The schedule is clearly posted and accurate. The instructors are all amazing, with zero exception! They are a talented group and give excellent cuing and modifications. The patrons are a diverse group and I feel this studio is welcoming to ALL. Lobby, cafe, bathroom and studio are clean. We attended a class here (Balanced Flow) today while on vacation visiting from out of town and will definitely be coming here every time we come to Destin from now on! There's a cute little shop and cafe in the front and the studio is very large, well-lit and clean! Our instructor Amanda led us through a wonderful flow that included breathing, philosophy, physical yoga practice, and a lovely shivasana accompanied by sound healing/singing bowls. Horrible customer service. Smoothie bowls were not made very well. This place was not worth $40 for three smoothie bowls and a small coffee.

I haven't tried the yoga yet but the cafe has great drinks that are quality prices. I had the best matcha latte there and the service was great. It's a small cafe so I was glad I came in when it was not busy, expecting a little bit of a wait when busy or ordering food might be wise. read more

I signed up for a 3-month unlimited pass and I've completed 100 various classes here. Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays are the heated yoga/fitness classes which can go up to 95-99/100F. Tuesdays, Thursdays, Sundays are non-heated ones. I've been to 8.30 am Monday Flow with Jill which is a head to toe workout. At 10 am Madison teaches Warm Vin Yin. The first half of the class is a Vinyasa Flow while the second half has you hold the poses longer for a deeper stretch. My favorite is the Monday 6.30 pm Warm YIN class with no flows, just connective tissue stretching poses. It's my favorite because followed by a hot shower, it's a guaranteed deep sleep. If you come long enough you will find a familiar pattern with these classes. Tuesdays I've done the 8.30 am and 10 am classes both with Ashton. Each class is catered to either Balancing poses or All Body workouts. The 5 pm class is also taught by Ashton. The theme changes each week. The 6.30 pm is Candlelight Flow by Lauren and is a gentle relaxed workout. On Tuesdays - my choice is doing the two evening classes for a well-rounded experience. Wednesdays 8.30 am is Hot 26 with Madison. At the time of writing this, the class is 60-minutes which gets difficult to squeeze in all of Bikram's 26 poses and breathing exercises, so some of the seated poses are omitted here. My suggestion would be to make this class at least 75 minutes. It is 90 minutes at other studios. Warm Core Power at 10 am with Madison takes principles/poses of yoga to work core muscles. But it's not strictly a yoga class. There is a 5 pm Hot Vinyasa Flow with Madison which used to be a VIN YIN class that I prefer. So I hope they bring it back or keep it a student-request class. 6.30 is Warm Moving Meditation with Ashton. It's not like the Monday/Tuesday evening classes. You will drip sweat, so don't make social plans after. Thursdays has Lex teaching 7 am, 8.30 am, and 10 am. I have been for all three and never been disappointed with any of Lex's classes. The 7 pm Thursday Restorative class with Julie has a plethora of blankets and props. You hold 3 comfortable poses for 20 minutes each. On Fridays, 8.30 am Hot Vinyasa Flow with Madison is slightly different in structure from the Monday class. The 10 am Core Power with Madison is same as Wednesday. I took the Saturday 8.30 am Hot Rocket Yoga with Allison and it was Series 1. A fast moving series of poses. I thought I would die in that class but it was actually a great workout. I've taken two more with Madison and she does the Combo flow, not the series. If I understood that correctly. The 10.30 am Hot Pilates with Jill is a non-stop intense heated workout. Not for the faint, but she has provides many modifications. Sundays - finally there is a 9 am class with Lauren which I enjoy as a great morning stretch. I follow this with 10.30 am Julie's Restorative. This class has similar blankets, straps, tennis balls, bolsters props as Thursday evening, but it's about 7 or more (depending on time and energy) different poses that are held or practiced. There is no standing in this class. So by practiced I mean something like massaging tennis balls down your spine as you lay on the mat. We stumbled across this place while on vacation, and WHAT A FIND! Fantastic plant-based food options, coffee, and homemade specialties. My wife had the best chai latte of her life - which says a lot since she lived in SE Asia for many years, and a lot of care goes into everything they do. Didn't get to try the yoga classes, but certainly next time we're in Destin! read more
