The highlight of this apartment is the property manager Andra. She's been extremely helpful and informative throughout the entire process. She was able to fit my request for a non-ground floor apartment, and made sure the apartment was up to date before we moved in, including new floors, stove, freshened up bath tub, etc. Andra also had a packet ready for new tenants, with FAQs and information on initial move in. We've really appreciated her effort, honesty, and communication throughout the whole, typically, stressful moving process.

The property manager for our building, Main Place Apartments, clearly does not care about safety…read more Two years ago, a homeless man was living in our stairwell and attacked a resident. I had to call Bellevue Police Department multiple times, and they even did walkthroughs to make sure our building was secure. BPD was contacting me after the fact, saying they could never get ahold of management at our building, to do a thorough walkthrough, to ensure safety after this incident. They were shocked. Now our back door no longer latches or locks- meaning anyone can walk right into our building. Despite multiple emails from me and video proof from several residents, the property manager insists it "works fine"for her and continues to ignore our concerns. To this day, the back door still doesn't latch and is not locked after 10pm. If a property manager can't be bothered to address serious security issues, they have no business managing a building. ICON should be embarrassed to have someone so dismissive and negligent representing them. I have contacted higher ups at ICON and none of them have ever responded to my concerns. Mind you, we were dealing with the legal team regarding the noise from residents upstairs- yet the management at ICON, has never responded appropriately to that issue or this safety issue.
