My experience started off shaky will lots of questions, as time went on they were very attentive and called me all the time not on 1 phone but both number. I found out by checking the status myself online(the decision was made on February 11th according to the ssa website) and receiving the letter in the mail yesterday. Leslie was not aware until I sent her a message yesterday and they dropped me this morning. So basically, had I hired someone else, who didn't just hand me off to a "case worker"/ assistant and someone who filed the paperwork on time my family wouldn't be suffering needlessly. My conclusion is they are looking for slam dunk cases and low hanging fruit requiring minimal effort to make an easy buck vs. more challenging cases requiring coordinating, advising and building a case for this veteran with much more effort involved. Not having lights on the property She went to rob Levine with her case they told her her case was valued at 250k 400k the crack head on the second floor made a LYING DAMAGING STATMENT SAYING THE LIGHT WERE ON when they were never on because they have controll of the outdoor lights but he light said they were on made a statement and signed it trying to help out the lanlord so she would not get sued . This statement came to lights during the case and rob Levine did not go to bat for my mom that is a disabled elderly women they refused to put that man on the chair and question him more take it to trial . Me and my mom believe instead they worked with the insurance company and in the end of the day when my mom got wind of them trying to swindle her and was gonna fire them and take it to a different lawyer you know what they told her they said sorry.The stacia limitations ran out.So there is nothing you can do mind you.They sat on her case for a long time in the ende she got a check for like 2400 read more

They turned me down to be my lawyer/representative for my denied VA disability claim appeal. They suggested contacting a VSO (a non-profit veterans service organization) to assist me which I did (local Veterans Affairs office). That saved me thousands of dollars in legal fees when I won my appeal and got my VA disability back pay since the Veterans Affairs didn't charge me anything (a private VA disability appeal lawyer usually takes a third of the back pay). read more

I hired Rob Levine to help with my VA disability rating. Once they got my records, I have never received any correspondence. I was assigned to Christian. I have emailed him several time asking to speak to him about the process and what to expect. The portal access I have doesn't give me any information. I have a fellow vet that went with another representing agency and is always getting updates. If I can move to another VA rep agency, I hope that it will be a better experience. read more

You will not.work Rob himself you will work with a group of incompetant paralegals. They could care less.about you. It is a numbers game. I am a 100% disabled veteran and they did not submit.my award letter to expedite.my claim. It has been 3 months and i finally have an exam. Expedited claims usually take 30 days. The status of.my claim.has not.moved since Nov 18. I completed the function report myself on.Dec 20th. Nothing is being streamlined at all. I do not undetstand what I am.paying for. No.follow up. The foreign support don't speak English well enough and when trying to speak with an actual attorney they never return your call. I could not give less of a rating. Regarding my Social Security Disability: I've been working with Kendra Aranas for a couple of years now. She's assisted me after my first denial letter was sent to me from the Social Security Administration. She appealed it, I was given a 2nd denial letter almost a year after the appeal. (why it takes SSA a year after each submission/appeal is beyond me) After almost 3 years.....I finally received a letter stating I was approved for a hearing!!!! I had my hearing, it was a teleconference call, and I was given "FULL APPROVAL" for my claim. Kendra always kept me updated on the status of my case. She had an issues with one of my doctors not wanting to fill out the forms so she called me and we discussed what was needed. So I called the doctor and got the paperwork filled out without issues. I recently received my award letter, my back pay and have been put on Medicare. The SSA made my Medicare retro back to March of 2025. Kendra was very friendly, professional, always in contact with me and truly cared about me and the outcome of my case. They opened an attempt to file and said they could help only to turn around and say sorry we can't help. I contacted them for one issue but they were looking for more add ons that I did not want touched. Waste of time. Plus their communication sucks.
