Fast forward 6 or 7 years and my 70 year old mom was cut off by a reckless driver. She was in rough shape and overwhelmed by the thought of HUGE medical bills and months of rehab. We had 3 options 1. We could contact some empty suit on a billboard who would shuffle our case to a bullpen of nameless attorneys. 2. We could let it go and watch my mom eat Raman noodles for rest of her life. Or 3. We could call Tom. We chose three. "Come right in" he said. They actually picked my mom up! No joke. The process went smoothly. Her expectations were managed. From the beginning to the end of the claim we communicated with Tom and a tight group of attorneys that might as well have been family. Family that took pride in making sure that our questions were answered, checked in regularly to keep us updated, and will (and did) dog those shifty insurance companies that WILL try to avoid paying up. Well, whatever they did it worked! The CLAIM came in! Earlier than we thought (...and a bit more $) too! Wow, I would never go anywhere else. No one likes to get injured or taken advantage of but hey, it happens and when it happens to you or a loved one you're going to want to look someone in the eye and judge their character for yourself. I went to this law firm because of some strange circumstances around the death of my mother. I won't go into details, but I spoke with Mr. Quinn and he agreed that the situation seemed odd. Mr. Quinn and his staff made a major effort to speak with me about details, do hours of research, speak with experts in many fields and compile all the information which supplied my family with the answers we hoped for. I wish there was more I could say in this review, but I just want to say I would recommend Mr. Quinn (and my default any of his associates) to anyone having a legal issue of any kind. Extremely disappointing intake - not trauma-informed at all…read more This firm advertises itself as being compassionate and experienced with injured clients, but my intake experience was terrible. When the attorney immediately jumped to "how are we going to get these assets?" I tried to get clarification and mentioned my history of childhood sex abuse. He showed zero interest in my story as a survivor, the damage it caused, or answering any of my questions. He made me feel unheard and unsupported. I'm not sure why he called me in the first place. The attorney was dismissive and talked over me from the start. Within the first few minutes I told him this was not a good fit and he just dragged out a long, indifferent 'yeaaaaah'. I work with refugees and know what real trauma-informed care looks like. This was the opposite. I've done a lot of these intakes. This firm is amateurish when it comes to trauma-informed care. Would not recommend this firm for sensitive survivor cases. Look elsewhere if you need actual compassion and listening or you may be re-traumatized.

I did choose Attorney Andrew and throughout the entire painful, traumatic events following the accident, Attorney Andrew singularly represented what one would expect in an attorney: precision to detail, meticulous in his communications, confident and available for any concerns. He settled for no less than I was entitled for compensation. The office staff is remarkable for the heavy load they carry, Hard working Ealanda has shown tirelessness in following up on my concerns as well.
