She was helpful and thorough in explaining curriculum, pricing and requirements. She was never pushy but gave us the options and her enthusiastic nature was comforting and reassuring. My siblings and their kids are also in the program enjoying and having fun! The Las Vegas location is fairly new but well organized and very spacious with multiple rooms for designated programs. They even have a fun playroom/waiting room for the kids and adults with monitors to watch your kids learn the arts in real time. They even have massage chairs! My 8-year-old begged me to get a tuner for her grandfather's guitar. Her grandfather said there was a shop in town, so he had the grandmother call for their hours. She also asked them if they had a tuner... My daughter's grandmother heard "Thunder" for the last available "grade A" tuner and repeated that information for me as I insisted on purchasing it. Later on the morning of June 3, 2022, we walked into the small yet organized shop and asked for the "Thunder" tuner that my mother-in-law put on hold. The nice woman behind the counter said "Fender." I chuckled and looked at my daughter, "We better clean your grandmother's ears." The tuner was great. Worth the $21.24 I paid so she could gear up to play her grandfather's old guitar for her grandparents she rarely gets to visit. Credit cards accepted. Please support this small business.
