I received a call from a…read morelady on Monday (the same day) at 1:11 Atlantic time staying the steak I had ordered wasn't in stock so they were going to upgrade me at no price for the top of the line. Awesome I thought, I was so excited as this was steaks for my family's vacation. I asked the lady when it would be shipped out she responded with "if it's not sent out tomorrow, it will go Wednesday". So I asked about the shipping as stated online would it get here in one day as I left Friday for vacation. "Of course, it's promises to be one day shipping" she replied. Awesome I thought again. All day Wednesday I looked for it, nothing. All day today I looked for it, checked my credit card, it had been charged Monday. So I called to find out when it should be arriving, to be told that it wasn't being shipped until Monday. Three days after I've left for vacation. I asked what happened and why I wasn't notified and all I got was "it would've had to sit in a warehouse for 5 days", that is not discussed online anywhere. So now my family doesn't have ANY steak for our family vacation. And I'm waiting for a refund. They've literally ruined what we've looked forward to all week and didn't even have the decency to call and notify me. If I hadn't called my $500 steak would be sitting outside all week for me. I would not recommend this place If you are ordering online. What a waste of my time and efforts!
