It has been months since we had Robbie and his team remodeling our front bathroom. I cannot begin to tell you the craftsmanship his whole team holds. We were amazed at the artistry and even had a custom cabinet made that is amazing. The job took way longer than we expected but that was due to heavy rainy season and unexplained water drainage issues. They fixed every issue with easy communication. All of his workers were complete gentleman and dealt with our noisy pets with ease. I referred him to my bff and she is extremely happy as well. Put out a project for bathroom painting. Robbie was the only one out of 5 that offered to come and physically see the room. He was on time, professional and very informative. He offered several options and made some great suggestions. We set a date and this past weekend the job was complete. We are so pleased with the attention to detail. His assistant Freddie was great. The smoothing of the texture was immaculate. They do all kinds of work. If you won't legit, professional and skilled help this is the company to hire. Honestly, all the others had a lot of red flags. THIS IS A REPLY TO YOUR COMMENT ON MY REVIEW: Just to clarify once and for all, we gave you more money than you initially asked us to pay (due to your miscalculations). My husband literally sat there with you and made you redo your calculations a couple of times before you realized your mistake and that we owed you more than you initially calculated. Also, you told us to keep the last $500 we owed you to pay for other cleaners to come and scrape the paint spots, drips and smudges that was left behind everywhere..although I do want to point out that you had initially told us that you would get someone to do this for us. As for your response about me being rude and mean to you. Honestly, when you first showed up to our house with your toddler to give us an estimate, some people may have taken that as a sign that you were unprofessional, but not me. I know that taking care of a business is difficult and I wanted to make it as easy for you. I got my own kids' toys for her so she would be distracted and happy while we spoke about the job. And I never said a single mean or rude thing to you throughout the entire time we interacted. I know that my conscience is clear knowing that I was not rude to you at all. Not even when you were clearly lying through your teeth. The meanest thing that I may have done is avoid eye contact with you while I was pointing out the multiple damages your team and you created because I was honestly so frustrated that I had to come so many times to micromanage you, and also embarrassed for you that you kept making excuses why it wasn't your issue until we gave enough evidence that it was. I continuously made excuses for you, thinking that you made a one-time mistake by hiring the wrong people who ruined our house. But after reading other similar reviews from the past shows me once again that this is far from the truth. I am happy to say that I have never had to deal with such poor workmanship and unprofessionalism as you and your team demonstrated. We hired Robbie to do a paint job in the house and garage, which turned out to be a nightmare fixing the mistakes and issues he and his team left us with. The company is completely unprofessional (or it's just Robbie) and arrogant. Issues found after he left are: - Paint peeling at a few locations. - Electrical connections not working. - No clean-up after the job is so-called complete. Huge THANK YOU to Evelyn and Robbie for their outstanding Customer Service. Due to a series of unfortunate events my paint job has been pushed back one month. I would like to acknowledge the the exceptional customer service of this small business. I was looking for a vendor to touch up the walls in my space through Yelp. Robbie replied immediately then came out quickly, providing a very reasonable estimate. Our re-opening date got pushed back and painting was put on hold. Fast Forward 6 month and the search resumed. Robbie came back out to provide another reasonable estimate for work. Long story short (longer?) the paint type has been discontinued! Robbie and Evelyn reached out with reasonable options to continue the job. After calling around and visiting multiple stores in the South Bay Robbie found the paint! Thank you both for going through all of the hoops and hurdles to make sure the painting could get completed. Can't recommend them highly enough. read more

This is in reply to Robbie's comment on 9/23: I was not happy with your work. All these pictures are after your completed work. I saw these mistakes after I moved in and texted you all the pictures. You stopped replying to my messages. Do you want me to post snapshots of those text messages? I want everyone to see that this is not professional painting or handyman work. Why do you say my review surprises you? Only shows what a dishonest business you are. You blamed me for making more rounds, when it is your fault that you don't bring all your tools or keep making mistakes. To clarify, I am not asking for free work. I am only asking to fully reimburse me for the work that you did not complete. I prepaid for 3 faucets that was on the handyman list, that you did not do. First you said one faucet was $90, but when you found out you cannot do the other 2 faucets as well, you only gave me $125 back. The only way you can fix this is by reimbursing me for the 3 faucets. You cannot say you did not had the complete project. You had the full scope of painting, handyman and electrics. Only handyman scope was reduced, which had a separate quote. I made the mistake of fully paying you before you did all the work. I want everyone to see that you are a shady business. If you cannot pay me, Karma will come and get you. Robbie - this is a follow-up to the comment you made on the previous review and lists details of just how much of a mess you left in our house - paint drips everywhere, streaks on walls, missing portions, etc. I'd want you to understand a few things and stop misleading potential customers. 1. We paid you more than what you asked! we actually corrected your miscalculation and paid you extra money compared to what you asked for. 2. We were not rude at all to you and were quite unhappy at the fact that your first line of defense for your mistakes was to blame anything but your own work. 3. You did not finish the job! you agreed to come in and fix everything even if it took a very long period of time. I reminded you that the amount of mess that you created would take a full day to fix and you said that's fine. Yet, after 2 hours of work you just walked out. 4. Regarding the remaining money - you yourself 'waived' 50% of the material cost as you said the work is not acceptable. There's still the remaining 500 that I am willing to pay if you finish the job. But when you walked out you asked me to use that to get cleaners to clean the house after the mess you made. Again, I would urge you to stop misleading people. I was looking at my doorbell camera recordings and there's a recording which shows you not only walking out but also admitting to every single point that I listed above. I'm happy to share it with whoever wants to validate the truth here. read more
