I emailed them the file, they responded promptly (special shout out to Melanie for such a polite and professional email!) and the print was ready incredibly fast. The package arrived in destination city at 10:30 am next day but wasn't delivered until 11am the following day or 48 hrs after shipping. Talked with the store manager and he said he'd put in for a claim as it didn't make sense as there was no weather delay. Well the claim got rejected due to weather in Kentucky. Corporate UPS customer service is a joke. This is like them saying they couldn't deliver from Cincy to Cleveland because there was a storm in California. UPS isn't responsible for weather delays. Best say a prayer if you use UPS as they don't honor their word.

Our first impression was great, Gerald seemed like a go-getter and someone fit to take our case…read more Sadly, after my husband paid the retainer, the communication slowed. Leading up to our trial for a custody/parental alienation case it seemed we were dealing with someone who was very busy as we received little communication. I get that's typical in the legal profession, we assumed he had a busy work load. However, we were also paying clients and did not feel that he fully grasped our situation. We reached out occasionally and sometimes get a response days later (if any). I will mention that we requested a call to discuss things around our trial date to ensure we were on the same page. He did make time for us the day before our court date. While we appreciated the contact, it was too late to add any evidence or possibly make changes to help our cause. Upon arriving the day of court, we heard him mention to us that some of the exhibits were turned in late. We had so much false hope for how things would go that day. He did encourage us on the short breaks in the briefing room and seemed to know the law- which is why I added a star. However, verdict came in the mail. We lost. Everything. Reached out to him. He never responded or followed up to offer condolences or legal advise. Nothing. Seems like a nice guy overall but save your money If you need a shark on your case!
