The website says the charge is $40 for notary services. A woman owns the business, which is great, but when she shows up, she changed the fee to $65. She went to my mom in a rehab center so she is taking advantage of elderly. I was paying for it and during the phone call, she increased again to $70 vs $65. Then, she had the nerve to ask for a tip for doing her job. Very classless. I would not use this place. read more

Posting same review from google - Looked at website- looked at Google page- no where did it notify in any of those places that I could find that this was by appointment only. Drove the whole way there only to find that out. It's 2023 update your hours. I surely won't go back and they surely aren't the go to as they said. They are more like the "go to" and then leave right away because we can't update our hours on Google to say by appointment only. Update to respond to pissy pants owner- you must not have read my review thoroughly. You see when you list your hours then people assume you are in fact open for business instead of being turned away. I read your website and your Google page and AGAIN and there is no mention of being by appnt only. I have attached pictures. Now because you decided to act like a child and save face I'll make sure to post my review on any other websites I can find. This way customers will know you are not actually open for business and maybe I can save them the trip. The appointment process over the phone could use some streamlining because it was confusing, you don't go to them they send a notary to you. The notary was very nice and made completing the paperwork very easy. It is expensive for notary services though at $40. They did save me when I was in a pinch and needed a notary asap but the banks were closed and the UPS notary decided just to leave early that day. read more
