He endured countless delays and challenges with the buyer's lender and really had to stay on them night and day to get the deal done. He kept us up-to-date every step of the way, and was professional, transparent, and empathetic when delivering disappointing news about what was happening on the buyer's side. Meanwhile, he kept us on pace with getting all of our stuff to the correct parties so we never felt rushed. Most importantly of all, Chris did the little things. Never a short cut, always prepared with relevant research and observations that went beyond the surface. For example, he contacted city planners and other officials for clarification on the plans of new road development near the home we ended up purchasing. He wanted to be ABSOLUTELY sure that there would be no future impacts to our immediate area. We looked at another home nearby. He walked the back yard and observed a drainage issue that could require expensive repairs in the future. Low and behold we later learned that the builder had already been back once to remediate and the issue was not necessarily resolved. In many other instances Randy raised concerns regarding homes we considered making bids on. He wanted us to have all the facts and make an informed decision and not rush into anything. He worked with us for months and months on end touring us through 50 or 60 homes (maybe more) to the point where I was getting impatient with myself.
