We hired S K Lawn Care for the mowing season to take care of two properties. After a month had…read moregone by between mows, reached out and was told a vehicle was in the shop. When we tried to get an ETA we were not responded to for nearly a week. After finally mowing, they again didn't return to the properties for over a month claiming their phone had poor service. When checking the properties after they finally did mow it was clear they rushed through the job, left areas untouched, and we had significant overgrowth in parts of the properties that hadn't been touched all season. Tenants reported they were only at the property for about 15 minutes, and it was obvious there had been no trimming/edging done in addition to large swaths being uncut. When reaching out about the issues they asked what was wrong and we provided with numerous pictures of the issues, to which they just stopped communicating completely. Just the worst possible level of quality and communication.
