We had a very good experience with this company. We asked him to fix a patch of shingles that came off on our roof. He did that, assessed the rest of the roof and found other problem areas, fixed those too, and then saw a rotted board on our deck that he offered to fix as well. He was very kind and seemed to just want to help us have the best home possible. His price was reasonable for the work he did. Highly recommend his services! read more

Robert contacted me after I inquired about a roofer. A section of facia had come off the house and another one was loose and banging in the breeze. He reattached the section that came loose and sent me a quote to replace both sections. He came back a couple weeks later with the supplies and everything is great! Reasonably priced. I am a homeowner in York PA and give Robert Braun a 5 Star/highest recommendation. Early last summer (June '25) Robert responded quickly to my email asking for him to inspect our roof. It was our first summer in this house which had a new roof, but it was not installed correctly. Robert inspected, and then showed me with a video he took that the roof around the electric roof vent leaked water when it was hot outside but rained (such as during thunderstorms) since it was summer, but the rain leaked into roof due to vibration. Robert showed me what was happening after he inspected it (he took video), then fixed it for a fair price. Now, 9 months later after last summer, fall and winter seasons, NO problems at all. Plus, Robert installed ridge vents, repaired broken the mortar in the chimney, fixed some other problems (he showed me everything by video first and then after he fixed everything), and sealed my driveway. He even helped me install an HD Antenna so i could cut the cable TV! He and his staff are great, prompt, polite, timely, and thoughtful. Hi, I just had my 3 flat rubber roofs repaired, my front door repaired by Robert Braun . He did a wonderful job. When we first met Robert, we were amazed at how pleasant he was, not pushy. He explained to us what need to be done. He inspected the roofs, took pix of it all, then showed us what it needs He then have us an estimate that was awesome. He is an awesome worker, no short cuts. Very nice to talk to, and a very good person. I would recommend him to anyone that needs repairs. He is worth it !!!! read more

This company did work for us in the spring to repair a roofing problem. There was a leak in my kitchen and they replaced the roof vents. We were very satisfied at the time. However, w started with another leak in the kitchen ceiling 6 inches from the first one. I called Robert in September at which time he told me they were very busy but he would come by as soon as he had a few minutes to check out the problem. Now it's November and I haven't seen him or heard from him again. I have tried calling many times, left messages, contacted Home Advisor (officially got his name from them), to no avail. Every time it rains significantly we need to put a pot on the kitchen floor. I'm worried that if this doesn't get resolved soon we will have more damage than necessary. I'm hoping they call us soon. read more

He repaired our roof saying the previous roofer was a retard and did a terrible job trying 3 times to repair the roof and it continued to leak in same spot each time. Two rain days latter the roof leaked same spot. When we asked him to fix the leak again he said he would put a tarp to make sure the leak would not continue to damage our home. Recap: 2nd Home Advisor Roofer 4th repair leaking same spot after 4 total attempts to repair. Robert claimed to repair it, it leaked, he tarp the roof, never came back claiming he'd fit us in when he had the time. By the way the tarp didn't last 1 week. It wasn't fastened on all sides. An attorney we know informed us the roofers in this area are con artist and they are in court repeatedly for con jobs to York county residents. Even with contracts. I am done with Home Advisor.
