She also took a full set of X-Rays even though I just had them done one week before and gave her " Oh, I can't do this root canal you have to go to a specialist". All she did was look in my mouth and tell me what a terrible job my dentist did on my cap and how she would have done a better job. We knew immediately when the new patient coordinator said she would check to see if they took our insurance that they did not! Why can't they just do it as a courtesy considering we're paying out-of-pocket and you're gonna make us do all that paperwork? We just got through fighting for our rights to get certain entitlements that we have been on forever and if it had not been for Legal Services Of Hudson Valley we would be homeless! We're very tired of fighting with anyone or arguing with anyone for no reason at all. So we haven't been yet and if anybody has any information to tell us, please do. We want to be actually put to sleep because our teeth are in such registered shape and we blame ourselves and the fact that the pandemic shut down everything for over two years.
