I believe that all practical options to address my problem were clearly and understandably presented, along with the advantages and possible shortcomings of those solutions. Going forward, I have faith that this practice cares about their patients and Dr. Solomons has demonstrated knowledge and experience that probably could have prevented the issues I'm now experiencing. The people in reception could not have been more personable or helpful. The rest of the staff, including the nurses/dental assistants went out of their way to make me feel relaxed and comfortable. I was taken in within 5 minutes of my scheduled appoint and out within an hour with two teeth out and a bone graft in. As for bedside manner, or more accurately chair side manner, I don't know how anyone could ask for more. He put me at easy, did what he had to do without causing any undo discomfort and explained everything as he went along. Bottom line, I've had dental cleanings at my regular dentist that were more uncomfortable than what Dr. Cuomo did today. And I was so dreading my visit.
