We were involved in a car accident in September 2013 where we were not at fault, and we used Palmeiro to represent us on the claim. Not only were they unresponsive to our calls/emails, it took an entire year in a half for them to settle the case, and for half of what we were seeking. Any time we did get someone on the phone, the person answering would have no idea about the facts of our case, and I would have to re-explain everything over and over again. On top of everything, the receptionist(s) were consistently rude despite the fact that we were paying clients. I would not recommend this law firm to anyone. Horrible customer service and an unforgivable lack of attention to their cases. Avoid at all costs.

I had the worse experience with this Law Office. Attorney Eric took my parent's immigration case…read morebut didn't listen carefully or read what we needed and he was about to begin a process for citizenship status versus permanent status. Feeling misheard, we (my parent's and I) decided to work with a different attorney and request the money back (1000 dollars). Eric mentioned over the phone on Friday, August 18th that I would receive my electronic payment credited back immediately. That didn't happen. A week later I called asking for the refund and Attorney Eric said that he is not responsible for refunds and that this type of thing "is out of his hands" after saying that he passed on the information. I then asked to speak with the responsible party and he sends me to Attorney Miguel Palmeiro who is the owner of the office. Once again I was promised to get my refund, but now over the mail since "it is complicated to process a refund on the LawPay system". Two weeks later, I still haven't received my refund and now they don't respond to my emails or return my calls. I don't know what kind of practice they are running out there, but the previous owner, Attorney Vitor Cuco was not this way. I am disappointed, upset and $1000 short. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAW PRACTICE TO ANYONE! If this is how they run a refund process, I wouldn't trust my papers with them. Marcele Viana
