I never applied for insurance from these folks. Indeed, I had never heard of them. But the letter went on to explain why they had "rejected" me. It made absolutely no sense. Zero stars would be more appropriate for this rating but I don't have that choice. Is their letter somehow the prelude to a scam? Makes you wonder.

I already had an estimate for$4660.00 for replacement. The adjuster wrote the report for replacing the damaged gutter, the back half of the roof, and 3 shingles in front. At a cost of $2854.71, which is all that my insurance covered, the difference was paid at my expense. My claim was put through review, only to receive the same outcome. In all, with all of the delays that I experienced with this company, it was 4 1/2 weeks before I was able to have the roof done, again with a large amount paid out of my pocket. I have since cancelled home and auto policies with them because apparently they don't fully cover claims. Extremely unprofessional and uncooperative.
